Great service, very comfortable place.

Location up to the hill. No transport offered during stay. we came 4 pax but only 1 queen bed. breakfast very simple

The staff is friendly, the view is amazing, the hot water works, and I'm really satisfied.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and the service was good. The view from the room was really nice, but the bathroom door couldn’t be locked which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was fine.

The first impression given to me and my friends was very unpleasant, on the voucher I received it was written for 4 adults so I booked, but when I arrived there it turned out it was only for 2 people and instead I was told by the waiter to add 2 more extra beds and was required to pay. plus the service was very unfriendly and there was also a bonus written but I didn't receive it. So I advise those who want to book a room there to cancel it, there are still many other villas near the lake and better views, don't be fooled by the pictures....

Recommended accommodation in Alahan Panjang. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The view is stunning, perfect for working people looking to refresh their minds. I'd love to come back here again next time.

I travel with my small family (2A+2C) & stay here for 3D2N. We decided to stay here because the location nearby Mount Talang post via Bukit Bulek, our main destination in Alahan Panjang. Their room service & facilities are great. View from the room also superb. Their staff are friendly, helpful & kind too. The downsides are: 1) water heater not function well. Not because the water too cold but the heater itself is lack of maintenance. 2) the bathroom door unable to lock from the inside because the lock is broken. We have informed the staff right after checked-in, but no further action until we checked-out. 3) there are big group of local visitors who checked-in on the 2nd day who booked most of the room in the Villa. They are no sense of respect where they turned on very loud music & enjoyed karaoke from 8pm until midnight like they owned the whole Villa. We hardly can sleep on the 2nd night because of the noisy sound. They even turned on very loud music again as early as 6am in the next morning for their morning exercise while some other visitors still enjoy their sleep including us. The staff and villa's owner should do something about this and enforce their strict policy to prevent the same thing from happen again.

The place is very comfortable and nice, the service is very friendly. Next time will come back to stay here again.

For breakfast menu or food menu added from the existing one, service is good and fast. Good location, location sign is more clear so it is not difficult to find the location
