Villa Wukir 15 by N2K

Actually, I have booked for another unit by N2K, but the voucher failed to issue, probably because the unit was already booked by another customer. Finally, I rebooked and got this unit. Well, my first impression is that this unit has not been maintained, because it is very dirty. If it was just the floor of the house, I wouldn't really mind, because I can still clean it myself. But this includes the bed, sofa, carpet, kitchen, and even the windows, all of which are dusty. Especially the bathroom, both the floor and the toilet are very dirty. However, I appreciate it a little because the water heater works well. The appliances are also complete, from a mini refrigerator, magic com, dispenser, to cutlery. But of course I don't use them at all because they are dirty. I have booked 4 villas by N2K, and have always been satisfied with their hospitality. Unfortunately, this is the only unit that I do not recommend. If you want to book a Wukir villa by N2K, my suggestion is to book with another unit number, which has a higher rating. And for N2K management, hopefully the cleanliness of this villa unit will be improved again.

A comfortable place for a family vacation, adequate facilities.

During my stay here 3 nights. The positives: 1. Ample parking. 2. The area is comfortable and cool. 3. There are many people selling which make it easy to access food. 4. Ask for bed cover to change fast response. Negatives: 1. The interior of the house is damaged and the wardrobe of the master bedroom makes a loud sound. 2. The power plug is difficult. 3. The bathroom heater is not working. 4. Wifi is not working, the network appears lost. 5. When I came the bed cover was very dirty.

A bit dirty and unsafe electrical installation.

Actually the place is good, strategic, only the service is lacking, the villa is like being left alone, you know someone is booking instead of filling the gallon first, sweeping it or fixing it first, but don't worry about it, just go in, you know, there's a dead cockroach, the gallon is empty, dusty, the bathroom smells, so how about a new place but not well cared for, maybe it can be improved again, for those who bring a car you can't park directly in front of the house, it's okay if you bring a lot of stuff you have to walk first it's okay if you get it right in the corner 🤦🏻‍ .

Worth it for that price. The service is very friendly.

It is not recommended that hot water can only be used for 5 minutes, the rest is cold, ask the next door neighbors as well as the sheets, pillowcases & old school bed covers are not clean.

Nice, comfortable, there are 2 rooms up and down. clean place too. Even though it looks small, it is actually spacious.

The location is quite easy to reach, in a residential area, adequate parking area, cool residential atmosphere. We were disappointed when we arrived at the location. The receptionist did not come to the location. Our disappointment grew when we found: 1. The TV does not work. Network problem. 2. There is no magic com. 3. Hot water in the room is water for a moment. 4. There is no follow-up / response to our complaints. Unsatisfactory service.

WiFi can't, TV only 1 channel.

Fast service, smooth communication via wa. It's just often dikagarkan with cockroaches. Again cool to sleep jumped cockroach was quite shocking ,.

Lots of insects, bed linen, bed covers, pillowcases and bolsters still smell a little. other than that everything is good. If the future is much better, we will definitely stay there again. thanks.

Delightful, villa with a minimalist design though small but still attractive and clean. Unfortunately not get a towel forced to buy it myself. thank you

Quite satisfied, everything is okay, the service is not polite, when wa, only read, do not respect guests when checking out and fix tvs with no signal.

The place is nice, cold suitable for a family vacation in the rock, it's good to be able to check in at any time, the staff is very helpful.

Overall okay, it could be a reference for lodging when on vacation to the rocks, the inn is spacious let alone just throwing away two people, according to the picture, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, it might be improved even more for the TV parabola rather difficult because I want to operate hehe but apart from that okay there is no definite problem will come here again if you go to Batu.

Highly recommended for those of you who want to travel in Batu, close to the transport museum, especially if you are with family.

The weather is very cold, perfect for a vacation place close to tourist attractions. It's just a long way to the street so you have to order grab or gojek overall, very good.

The house is clean, the sheets smell good, strategic location close to tourist attractions.
