Hotel bintang 4 terbaru di Gading Serpong! Kamarnya super bersih, nyaman banget, pemilihan color palette untum interiornya juga oke banget. Ada infinity pool juga di lantai 12. Mantap!

Hotel baru di Gading Serpong, parkir lumayan banyak di basement. Lobby di lantai. 8 bareng resto, proses c/i dan c/o smooth. Saat c/i diminta deposit Rp. 500.000,- dan hanya terima cash. Di lantai B1 hanya ada atm bca. Dikembalikan saat c/o. Kamar luas, kasurnya terlalu keras seperti kasur ortopedi, bantal kurang nyaman, kamar mandi bagus, minim gantungan di kamar mandi, amenities cukup lengkap (gak ada sisir, pas banget ketinggalan sisir kemarin๐
). Room service pilihannya sedikit. Kolam renang standar dengan kedalaman 120m, bisa pinjam handuk di pool. Breakfast lumayan, banyak yang habis dan tidak direfill (mungkin karena puasa). Tapi overall good ๐

Hotelnya Bagus, saya stay distudio 40. Parkir dapat di B2, Lobby di lantai 8. Yang paling membuat saya kecewa adalah dibagian service yaitu pada saat check in depositnya 500K dan harus CASH, kemudian tidak bisa debit ataupun transfer, dan saya harus naik lift lagi turun ke B1 untuk ambil Cash Di ATM (ada BCA dan Mandiri), coba bayangkan kalau itu orangtua yang bingung harus naik turun, zaman sudah cashless gini, semoga ke depannya kebijakan ini berubah, yang kedua saya tidak terinfo dari receptionist kalau kekamar harus tap kartu di lift, sehingga saya bablas harus turun ke B2 lagi baru naik lagi di kamar lantai 6, yang ke 3 di Liftnya pengap dan panas (ini fasilitas gedung kayanya), yang ke 4 pas sarapan tidak ada omelette (kata yang masaknya telurnya lagi beli alias kosong) ini lucu buat saya. Kalau dari kamar no complain, kesimpulan ibarat kata meski harga mahal bila service bagus semua orang akan kembali.

My recent stay at vivere hotel was largely enjoyable and met most of my expectations. The hotel excels in many areas, providing a comfortable and pleasing experience overall. However, I would like to bring attention to one aspect that could be improved upon. The Positive Aspects: 1. Overall Experience: The hotel 's services, amenities, and facilities were exceptional. Every aspect of the stay, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and well-organized. 2. Staff and Service: The staff were commendable for their professionalism, warmth, and eagerness to assist. This made a significant positive impact on my stay. Area for Improvement: 1. Room Odor: The only notable drawback was the distinct smell in the room, reminiscent of "Rempah-rempah"(a mix of traditional Indonesian spices). While I understand this might be part of the Indonesian-themed ambiance the hotel aims to create, the scent was quite pronounced and not to my personal liking. It 's important to consider that such a strong aroma might not be universally appreciated by all guests. Suggestions:- Balancing Theme with Comfort: While embracing the local culture and theme is a wonderful touch, it 's crucial to balance this with guest comfort. A more neutral room scent might be more universally appealing, while still maintaining the Indonesian charm in other aspects of the hotel 's decoration and services.- Personalization Options: Offering guests the option to choose the scent of their room upon booking or check-in could be a thoughtful way to cater to individual preferences. This allows guests to opt-in for the traditional "Rempah-rempah"scent or choose a more neutral option. Conclusion: Overall, my experience at vivere hotel was very positive. With a slight adjustment in the approach to thematic scents in the rooms, I believe the hotel can enhance its appeal even further, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
