The place is clean, the lighting is good, and the rooms are spacious.

The staff was nice. The hotel was beautiful, and I can never go wrong choosing an Artotel hotel! The bedroom was spacious, my only feedback would be the pillows - I felt they were a bit too soft and I struggled to sleep. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area!

I was planning to surprise my husband for his Birthday Celebration and looking for a hotel that can provide mini decoration services. VIVERE Hotel provides Slice Cakes, Screen TV Greeting, and Mirror Drawing for FREE!! ✨ After booking via aplikasi, I showed my booking voucher to the staff via WhatsApp regarding my request, and the staff replied to my message very warmly and with fast response! When I checked in, the staff said, "All of your requests are ready!" and I am so happy and feeling respected! Appreciated that! The room was so clean and big! I booked Studio 30 type and, surprise, the room was quite spacious! The breakfast was fair enough for a 4-stars hotel, complete, so many options, and delicious! Definitely will book the room again at VIVERE for staycation.

Stayed at VIVERE for 2 nights from 27th to 29th August, there was a national event APKASI EXPO 2025 at ICE BSD, because hotels in BSD were fully booked, I took a hotel in Gading, Serpong area, but access to ICE, BSD was very smooth, only 12 minutes. Quite a pleasant experience. At first I didn't expect that the hotel would be a modern minimalist type, the lobby on the 8th floor was very cozy, fragrant like the floor with the restaurant. The breakfast menu was quite delicious, what I like is the large mug for drinking tea or coffee or just warm water. The room was clean and spacious, there was a sofa near the window, a modern coffee maker. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was under maintenance when I stayed, so I couldn't try it. There is a fitness center but it is not a hotel facility. Hopefully the gym or fitness center facilities can also be enjoyed by hotel guests, including during their stay🤗. The toiletries can be added for a 4-star hotel like VIVERE🙏

Yesterday, I stayed here with friends. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Luckily, there was a 17th-anniversary event, so I participated and won a voucher for a room upgrade and a free spa treatment. Thanks, vivere.

The restroom amenities could be better upgraded for a Vivere hotel. Overall, it's okay and comfortable. The food is delicious, and room service is fast, taking 30 minutes for two courses. It's also tasty.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The garden view made it even more peaceful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It was also funny that there were instant noodles in the egg dish. It's a shame to fill your stomach with instant noodles for breakfast at a hotel. Overall, highly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 days, on the 2nd day I was given a surprise, wow, I was so happy. Thanks to Kak Mega and the team for taking the trouble to prepare the complimentary. All the staff were helpful & friendly, from the fast & communicative check-in process, quick response when asking for help, clean rooms and of course cold AC, for breakfast the food was delicious and the FB staff were quick to take out all the dirty dishes on the table. The roomboy was friendly to ensure a clean room For the pool it was clean, the view was the best The check-out process was fast and they offered a 5% discount for the next stay… A pleasant experience for staying with family… Thank you Vivere

It's still a new building, so I like it. The design is also aesthetic. I recommend it for a staycation near home <3

I was pretty excited to stay at Vivere Hotel Artotel. I heard it's like a cool art show and part of the Artotel family, so I thought it would be really special. But my visit started off on the wrong foot. When I got there around 5 PM, there was only one person at the front desk. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. The lobby felt really hot too. Then, the staff told me my room wasn't ready yet! At 5 PM, that's not what you want to hear. I had to wait another 7 minutes before they finally got my room ready. The problems kept coming. The elevator was also hot, and when I got into my room, it felt stuffy. It was hard to get fresh air circulating. Overall, my first impression wasn't great, which was a shame because I was really looking forward to a unique experience.
