Never a dull moment at W Home! Ambiance/Facilities: the ambience is top notch! the tv & speaker combo bener2 bikin betah pengen leyeh2 seharian sambil nonton Food: breakfast is mid, there’s only two options and the portion is pretty tiny. but quite enough for a morning munch. Staff Assistance: 10/10 service! tried their type 2 room last weekend, it’s quite spacious and super comfy! hopefully get to stay at their type 5 room on the next visit! will absolutely be back for another staycation or just a weekend reset! 🫶🏼

the staff is friendly and garcep ... the lobby is fragrant, you can smell it from outside, the aroma is relaxing, the room is clean and comfortable, I used room 509, the bed is soft and comfortable, it's really worth it, the 3 days there were very enjoyable.. I will come here again next time, hehehe, the room is top notch, there are speakers and a big TV, I love it all! and the lady is very kind, I left my things downstairs before checking out because I wanted to go out to meet a friend outside the mall ... love this hotel

First time staying here. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is spacious but it is open from the bedroom. So if you are not with a partner, staying there can be awkward, haha. The TV is wide. The hotel restaurant is not spacious, but it is comfortable enough for just having coffee. For those who bring a vehicle, you can park in front of the hotel. Breakfast is delivered to each room. You can see the surrounding Dukuh Atas landmark from inside the room.

I've stayed here several times because of the comfortable ambiance, excellent cleanliness, different mattresses from other hotels, and very considerate security staff in arranging valet parking. However, the last time I stayed here, there was a renovation going on next to the hotel area & it was very noisy starting from the morning. Without any advance notice from W Home Reserva.

Overall it's okay, but there's no kettle and tea and coffee in the room so you can't drink hot water. Also, breakfast is too late at 8 ala carte and the menu only has 2 choices every day. You can't request early breakfast. The room uses all downlights so if you don't like dim light, you won't like this room at night. The room is also not soundproof because you can hear the neighbors next door hmmm. The wifi is really bad, it often goes off and on unclearly, for the network it's also quite difficult here, the signal is there but the network is often unstable.

Had the opportunity to stay here for a quick Jakarta visit. The room was very comfortable, TV already equipped with Netflix account so i can watch Frankenstein while ordering room service. The grilled chicken peri-peri was very good, and the star of the show was FRIED CASSAVA. Sooooo fingerlicking gewd!!!

The place was nice, the lighting was perfect, not too dark nor bright, a very cozy place to rest. There was a distinct smell when I first came in, probably like a damp towel or bed (I’m not sure) but it’s still bearable. It would be even better if the smell was not there

My second stay here. I was put at the corner room, so got the tiny window compare to my first stay. But still enjoyable. My VT got FYP and i flexed it to the receptionist but her reaction was flat, not even getting a thank you 🙃

there is a really BIG TV and Bluetooth speaker in the room, the location is strategic in Jakarta, in front of the hotel there is a coffee shop so it's really easy to buy food/drinks, the room uses yellow lights so it's warm and there is a window if it's not bright enough, then enter the room using a barcode (not a card tap), cool will stay here again thank you w home 🙏🏻
