I booked on 25/03 at 2:00 PM, but because I left early I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM 25/03 the hotel said our vouchers could not be used, because our schedule had to go at 2:00 PM, we ended up using our personal funds, and the money already we transfer is forfeited

Jutek receptionist, front of kamingomel grumbles. Check-in time cannot be withdrawn even though morning check-in is late afternoon. The air conditioner is dead lacking cleanliness is not worth it lah.
