it is not a hotel! it is a home away from home! everyone who works there made you feel like home. they are pampering you. taking the best care of you and most of all they knew what you need before even asking. do not missed the weekend bbq party! you will not believe what you will see. I booked a deluxe room, which was supposed to be at the back, but got a free upgrade to the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking Kuta Beach.
The facilities are complete, with amenities readily available and refillable. I liked the tea provided, and the soap, etc., smelled delicious.
Unfortunately, although the room was tidy, it wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dust on the floor. A room located on the roadside like this requires extra attention to cleanliness.
The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough either.

The location is very strategic, but sometimes during traffic jams it's very inconvenient. Ordering food or Grab/Gojek is difficult.
The room wasn't very clean. There was a lot of dirt from previous guests. There were blood stains. Most disappointingly, the hotel staff was extremely unfriendly. When I asked for help by phone, I was repeatedly rejected. When I tried to put breast milk in the refrigerator, it wouldn't cool at all. The hotel also offered no solution. Even the reservations manager rejected my call when I first booked.

Very good hotel and worth it.
Located right in front of Kuta Beach and 400 meters from Beachwalk.
I didn't try breakfast because I was out and about all morning, but the staff, even the interns, were very friendly.

Overall everything is good from the hotel staff, the room location is really recommended for families who want to vacation in Bali can stay here,, in terms of access to everywhere is close,, to the mall is just a walk, the beach is directly in front of the hotel,, the atmosphere is not boring,, there is only 1 thing that makes it uncomfortable,, along the corridor to the room from the front reception into the path to the room left and right where there are plants it definitely smells of cat feces every day especially early in the morning passing there saves nausea again where to go to the breakfast place again,, the only minus of the hotel is that, the rest is very ok

Really a great stay at here. In front of the hotel is already Kuta Beach. If I want to go to sidewalk, I just need to walk there. Very good location and have a great environment.

The staff was very friendly. Room service was also excellent. The room was quite impressive. Unfortunately, there were a lot of small insects, such as flies, in the bathroom. While not bothersome, they were uncomfortable. The pillows need to be replaced.

The room's AC was leaking, breakfast had very little variety, checked out at dawn and asked for breakfast in a box, but couldn't because they informed me at night, it should be simple, just bread is enough for breakfast.

The location is excellent. The swimming pool is satisfying and the sandpit is fun for the kids. The room amenities are up to par. A more varied breakfast would be perfect. The online and offline staff are excellent. Requests are promptly fulfilled. A pleasant experience. Thank you.

The room is spacious for its type, and the bed is also quite big for a twin. It’s literally right in front of the beach, with plenty of nearby places to explore. The room’s cleanliness could be improved, but overall I’m having a good experience 👍🏼

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, the room is quite clean even though the sink in the room I stayed in was blocked but it was still okay, if I go to Kuta again I will stay at this hotel again.
