The staff was less than friendly, unlike other 5-star hotels. They also lacked initiative. I loaded my suitcase into my car without any assistance from a security guard this morning, December 12, 2025, at around 8 a.m. The room was also noisy, and the front area smelled of glue during renovations. Overall, not a really good experience.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was initially confused because my phone was missing, but it turned out to be tucked under the bed and kept by the staff. The room was very spacious, perfect for a family. Thank you.

A 5-star hotel in the heart of the city for under a million. It's within walking distance of the Padang Pagi Sore restaurant. Spacious rooms and bathrooms include bathtubs. A fairly large swimming pool and a fully equipped gym are available.

My last time here was in 2021. There were a lot of changes when I returned. Excellent service, from the front security guard to the receptionist, comfortable rooms, easy access to everywhere, and no longer requiring a 300,000 IDR deposit like before. Unfortunately, there have been changes to the breakfast. The food isn't as delicious as it used to be, and the service at breakfast, especially the mixed noodles, eggs, and waffles, isn't as good as it used to be. Maybe it's because the chef has changed. It looks like he's an intern. Please wear a mask when serving food to guests so your cough doesn't get into the food, and don't scratch your nose in front of guests. Come on, they didn't teach etiquette at cooking school. Please, Wyndham, your hotel is already the best, don't let it decline, let alone fall because of something like this. Keep up the good work, Wyndham.
