The swimming pool is not safe for children because the kiddie pool is poorly positioned and only has a rope barrier.
The food is good but lacks variety.

My suggestion: The breakfast menu is not very attractively presented, and the menu lacks variety.
I think the taste is still lacking.
Suggestion: During breakfast, the egg omelet should be served first to reduce the long queues, which can make it difficult to serve quickly.
In the end, many impatient guests are disappointed and leave without the omelet.
Thank you, hopefully this will be an evaluation for the sustainability of Hotel Whyndam.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable even though they are not soundproof, the gym and swimming pool facilities are satisfactory, the food is always varied, delicious, and always refilled at any time.

Always impressed with this hotel, and every time I go to Surabaya almost twice a month, I always go to Wyndham Surabaya, because with a 5-star hotel I can get a special rate, extraordinary for this hotel.

My suggestion: The breakfast menu is not very attractively presented, and the menu lacks variety.
I think the taste is still lacking.
Suggestion: During breakfast, the egg omelet should be served first to reduce the long queues, which can make it difficult to serve quickly.
In the end, many impatient guests are disappointed and leave without the omelet.
Thank you, hopefully this will be an evaluation for the sustainability of Hotel Whyndam.

The hotel room is quite large.
Comfortable for a staycation with loved ones.
And convenient because it's close to Surabaya's trendy spots and shopping centers.
Next time I visit Surabaya, I'll stay at Wyndham again.
