Stayed for 2 nights with my family and we all loved the hotel. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. And the hotel decor is trendy and bright.
Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and great pillows.
Will definitely stay in Yello again when i visit Batam.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in xtra room, fitted perfectly for 3 people. Nice breakfast, great food from room service and cafe at the rooftop. Nice neighborhood. Very close to harbour.

Suka banget nginep di hotel yello. Hotelnya bersih trus designnya cakep kekinian sayang ga ad kolam renangnya tp viewnya udah laut sih hehehehe… nginep di sini jng takut susah nyari makanan karena disekitarnya banyak tempat makan trus deket dengan pelabuhan ferry mau ke spore dan malay

Kurang puas karena saat saya check out tgl 22 Januari 2024 jam 09.05 wib, ketika saya minta antar ke harbour bay terminal ferry yang jaraknya 300 m, recepcionist tidak ramah dan bilang tidak bisa diantar padahal ada mobil hotel yang parkir dan itu sudah masuk ke service hotel. Tp saya diminta uang 35 rb untuk jarak 300 m. Perlu di evaluasi recepcionist yang bertugas saat itu. Tks.
