I chose this hotel because it was close to the station because I had an early departure ticket. I got the price of 500k. When I arrived, I was greeted by the lack of parking space for my car because it was full, so I ended up parking a bit further from the hotel. The security guard was less than responsive because he was handling other guests. During the holiday season, there should have been an additional one. I got a room on the fifth floor, but it felt a bit small and the hot water in the bathroom didn't come out. For breakfast, I happened to book breakfast included, but the menu was only fried rice, chicken with the seasoning I forgot what, and stir-fried vegetables with peanuts, corn, and carrots. I only had papaya. The water was bottled water, and the glasses and spoons were all gone. No coffee or tea was provided.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was also delicious. Drinking water was refilled from a gallon jug. The room was quite clean. I booked a superior room, but it was very small. Hopefully, the cleanliness of the entire property, including the wall paint, and the outdated floor carpet, will be improved in the future. It's a shame that the hotel is so close to the station but the cleanliness and suitability of the rooms are so lacking.

Strategic location close to Bandung station

There's no water heater. The room isn't soundproof, and there are other guests making noise.

The hotel is nice, with a view of the golf course. I got a free upgrade too. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is strategic. Parking isn't huge, but it's okay.

This is not a good value for a hotel with no hot water, no air conditioning, and lots of cigarette butts on the furniture.

The room is adequate, though small. It's fine for sleeping. The location is strategic. There's a small window, but unfortunately, it can't be opened. The bathroom is adequate, but there's no hot water. There's a water dispenser on each floor, so drinking water is safe. Breakfast is very simple.

Hopefully in the future it will be better in terms of facilities, cleanliness, etc. But overall it's pretty good.

The staff is very friendly, but the room is not livable, oh my. The price is almost 400 thousand per night, the room is not maintained. The bedsheets are full of stains, I didn't dare to sleep in shorts because I was afraid of itching. I didn't dare to take a shower because the first time I opened the bathroom there were cockroaches, it smelled, there was no water heater? This hotel is really crazy. The curtains haven't been changed for 10 years, there are lots of flies on the ceiling of the room. The AC, oh my, even crazier, it's not cold, the AC is so outdated I don't know how many years old. Don't even ask about the sofa, even wanting to sit down makes me think twice. The floor is dirty, sandy, I don't dare to walk barefoot. I wanted to change hotels because I only slept for 1 night, so I ended up not taking a shower and chose to take a shower when I got home from Bandung. Bad hotel ever!!! Trust me, don't go to this hotel.

The hotel's strategic location is not far from the train station and there are lots of culinary options around the hotel.

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The water wasn't hot. The sheets and blankets were worrying, the hallways were dark and scary, and the lights in the rooms were dim. The Kagum Group's properties are all in dire condition. Don't sell hotel rooms if you can't maintain your own hotel.
