This was a great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Super convenient. I thought the toilet was not flushing properly and the guy at the desk told me he thought I was being “too nice” to it, LOL, and explained how to pull it forcefully, and said I was not the first American to have problems! He was quite perplexed and surprised to hear it is not the same at US hotels! All the staff were great.

Did not get the breakfast but the room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the tea kettle and chocolates. The shower pressure was good. Only problem was that housekeeping was cleaning rooms very early and it woke us up early, but the front desk staff said he would let the manager know and compensated us for our trouble, which was terrific customer service. I would recommend this hotel based on quality and proximity of Latin Quarter

We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Galway. We had 2 days to plan our international trip, and I was nervous because I didn’t put a lot of time into selecting a hotel like I normally do. We couldn’t have chosen a better option. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and helpful. The only thing that could be improved are the key cards—They are very finicky and require some time to get used to. Regardless, I will be telling everyone about this hotel for years to come. Thank you for the wonderful (last minute) stay.

Great location, away from the noise and business - Galway Latin Quarter weekends can be quite crazy, but Harbour Hotel is near the harbour, but walkable to everything. Especially helpful for us that we could walk from and to the train station.

Th breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean, and very small. It seemed overpriced, for a small room. We had dinner at Dillisks and it was good. Overall, though, this is the one hotel we stayed at during our trip to Ireland that I would not return to.

The area was quiet and walkable. A very cute town by the water. Our room was clean, just dated. Many pieces of furniture in the space that seemed unnecessary, but then again it reminded me of someones home they lived in. Bathroom was very nice with a heated towel rack and floor. Shower was spacious.
