Very pleasant receptionist on arrival and on departure the next day a very efficient staff receptionist member regarding exiting the car park. Breakfast was excellent - great choice.

Very good stay. The young lady at the front desk was particularly excellent at both her job and her personability. Room TV system could be better. Difficult to navigate and occasional drop outs. Housekeeping was very good. Will return.

Positives: Very good hotel with a very good breakfast, room was clean and beds very comfortable. Negatives: our room backed onto the life shaft so we could hear the whirling sound every time someone used the lift, also no hot water the shower.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel was clean with lovely Christmas decorations. It was in close walking distance of all the shops, pubs and dining options in the latin quarter. They have their own parking garage and will validate your ticket at the front desk so it does not cost extra for parking. The elevators are quick! Overall, it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our Ireland road trip.

Room was not set up with two beds when we arrived but they were quick to get it fixed for us.

This area is not right in the heart of things but close enough to walk and quiet because it isn’t right in the heart of things! Short walk to all the shops and pubs!

It was okay. We got the King Superior room with skylights thinking we would also have windows for a view. Room for two nights was over $600. No windows, just two small skylights. Our friend got a much cheaper room and had a harbour view. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Shower flooded every time it was used. I just feel like this place was insanely overpriced for a basic hotel. Also, cleaning staff were really loud in the mornings and started earl so that was off putting.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Its close to everything..train station, eyres square, shop street all only around 5-10 mins away.

Wonderful staff

Nice clean and modern hotel within a 10 minute walk from Eyre Square, Quay st. and the waterfront. So many pubs and shops close by! Reasonably priced as well.

Easy check in. Parking ample. Walk to shopping and restaurants easy

Great hotel close to the centre of galway

We loved the breakfast buffet- great variety of food and all super tasty! We found the rooms fair sized, but the area felt quite loud with the street beside, and the walls between rooms were VERY thin- we could hear our neighbors watching TV and people shutting doors, and found it hard to sleep because of it. We had a cleaning staff knock and immediately enter our room our first day there while we were in the middle of changing, which was unsettling and made us feel uncomfortable about leaving valuables in the room. No token of apology or any sort of action beyond a verbal apology was offered by the front desk staff. We enjoyed our time in Galway but will definitely stay elsewhere in the future!
