For first time visitors to Rome this hotel is ideal. Most of main attractions within easy walking distance - we only used a taxi once to get to the Vatican - hotel staff booked the taxi and our trip they were very helpful and informative. We had breakfast most morning on the rooftop lounge which was lovely - only one day inside owing to a storm! Room was plenty big enough for us with a modern bathroom - just a note - the shower is extremely slippery maybe a non slip bathmat would be a good idea. Apart from that one small note the hotel was more than we expected and would certainly return again.

Great location, walking distance to almost every major landmark. Yet just slightly off to the side so not on a main busy street. I had an issue with the ac first day and they graciously switched my room and moved my bags to new room while we were out exploring. The rooms were clean and modern. The rooftop bar was super nice, breakfast had great options, and at night the bar was a nice place to wind down with a couple of cocktails. Front desk personnel was very nice and the experience overall was great!

The staff here is wonderful! They clearly know several languages and hospitality is top notch! They made reservations, arranged taxis, got us in to the beautiful rooftop bar when the website could not. That rooftop bar is amazing and let us have another adventure of going to see the church that we viewed the night before with our drinks. One of the elevators was down but the other worked and it was fixed in a day. Location is perfect for tourists with a few blocks to the pantheon one way and a few blocks to the Trevi Fountain the other way. TIP request a high floor as the streets are fun of vacationers a bit pound at night. We were on floor 1.

This was my third trip to Rome, and overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, centrally situated and within walking distance of most of Rome’s major attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We rented a suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. There was some minor street noise, but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were consistently polite, friendly, and attentive. However, I was disappointed that the coffee and cappuccino were served from a machine rather than being freshly prepared. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect higher-quality coffee service, and this was one area that fell short of expectations. The only other issue I would mention concerns the front desk staff. Of the four to six employees we interacted with during our stay, only one young lady genuinely seemed happy to assist us. The others often appeared bothered by questions and did not seem particularly interested in helping guests. While this did not ruin our experience, friendly and welcoming service at the front desk can make a significant difference and is an area that could be improved. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious accommodations, and a solid breakfast experience, but improvements in guest service and coffee quality would enhance the overall stay.

While the staff was very nice and accommodating the hotel property had some issues. There are too many steps in the hotel which doesn't make it easy to get around. Namely 2 steps to get in the front door(known in advance), 1 rather high step to get from our "Superior" room to the bathroom, 1 step after getting off elevator to get to our room(many more steps for others rooms), and many steps on rooftop area to get to breakfast or bar. We had to request hair conditioner, which wasn't in our room, but gladly provided on request. One of the 2 small elevators was out of order and the working one was very slow. Lastly, in our "Superior" room it was a very tight space to get around the bed from where you enter to the rest of the room and bathroom. However, as noted on other reviews the location of hotel is very convenient to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon plus many restaurants and stores. Therefore the narrow street gets very crowded with pedestrians. The breakfast had quite a few choices and was OK.

The location was fantastic! It’s within walking distance of many major tourist attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the rain shower was a nice bonus after long days out. The main drawbacks were the front desk experience and the rooftop patio. The staff at check-in/front desk weren’t especially warm or welcoming, and the rooftop patio didn’t consistently offer food service during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall though, the comfort and excellent location made this a solid place to stay.

A perfect hotel to stay at, right in the heart of Ancient Rome. The Trevi Fountain is 4 mins walk, Spanish Steps 9 mins walk, The Vatican is a 15 taxi ride, Colosseum a 25 min walk. Step outside the front door to a huge choice of restaurants and cafes. The rooftop bar is a perfect place to relax and socialise after dinner with patio heaters if it's a little chilly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. But if you like coffee, make sure to check the supplies before the morning!

Location was fantastic, 5 min walk to Trevi fountain, 10 mins to Piazza Navona. Easy 30 mins to Vatican and Colosseum. Lot's of little restaurants on the street outside the hotel, but honestly not very good. One around the corner in the Piazza Pietra, Osteria dell"Ingegno was excellent. Hotel itself has a nice roof top terrace with some intimate corners!! Rooms were clean and functional, staff friendly enough. Only complaint was at the roof top bar, took too long to get drinks.

Great hotel, centrally located, rooftop bar is a bonus! Only one negative which is the noise insulation we could hear people outside of the hotel but luckily we was so tired it wasn’t too much of a problem

It was noisy because of the street and tourist next to our window . There was also no conditioner for hair and no body lotion . It was okay

Staff tried to come into my room after cleaning. The property is poorly sound isolated. The room was not cut out / furnished well.

Lovely 4 night stay in Rome. The location was perfect - we walked absolutely everywhere. Huge thanks for the early check-in after our early morning flight from Edinburgh. Rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy. Great selection at breakfast that even my girls enjoyed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel
