Great location, clean and very helpful staff. The bathroom, however, was very uncomfortable as it was so narrow that it was impossible to sit on the toilet straight (legs won't fit) so you had to sit at an angle.

Breakfast was great and staff were lovely. Room(s) was plesant and spacious, but bathroom needed some work done as it seemed the doorframe was detached from the wall; the shower cubical was so small you don't have much room to move your arms to wash yourself, and the side of the toilet was right against the wall. Neighbours were a bit noisy. Unsure about the motion sensor hall light as you couldn't use the mirror without standing far away from it and constantly moving.

reviews misleading ie it says on hotels.com page there is a lift but tripadviser reviews said steps only - i requested lift for my wife, the hotel has an annex with entry via next door with a lift but needs to be requested by phoning in advance. Room also had a kitchenette so fridge, kettle was put to use even with a great breakfast. Also our room was quiet as overlooking the back so no traffic/tram noise

Great location near railway station and bus to airport, and about 15 minutes walk to royal palace. Basic accommodation but comfortable enough and clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast (eggs, cold cuts, homemade pies) included with the room.

The receptionist Marisol and all the ladies are very friendly and kind. We feel at home on our two days we love our room and bed it’s clean, comfortable and roomy. The breakfast is super good! I will recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you!

This hotel has a great location. It is a few minutes walk to the Turin Porta N. train station, and you can also walk about 15 minutes to the royal palace/Duomo de Turin.
Breakfast is very good, especially for the carpaccio!
The only problem is: A small shower room. It is not suitable for fat men.

Do not contact them via Expedia. It is probable they won't respond. Call or email them directly. I had submitted a parking spot reservation but that did not pan out. Luckily, they did work out a beautiful solution for us which I appreciated greatly. The breakfast is great. It is in a central location very close to our favorite QC Termetorino. The only issue we had was with the elevator. There were a lot of construction and moving happening which held up the elevator which is shared with other establishments in the building.
