Arpaiu - Odeyo Sas

This is a great place to stay. We booked the room with the sea view. It was magical. Full moon on the horizon and watching the town waking up in the morning. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Also, the bed was comfortable. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square. It you want a quiet town that is a great base to explore the other towns, I highly recommend staying in Manarola.

Listen to the staff when they say watch the video to get there because we had luggage and there is a way to get there without steps. Other than it being a little hard to find, it was perfect.

Our stay here was nothing but amazing! Tatiana was so nice and accommodating, the views were breathtaking from the balcony I enjoyed drinking coffee and watched the sunrise from up there.

The room was literally a basement w/o any view. We had to go DOWN 2 floors of very steep and dangerous stairs with luggage. This should be described to the guests BEFORE booking.

Great location/ nice view at the rooftop can cill and relax.

It was freezing cold. No wifi. No knifes or forks. Said there was laundry but was told we werent allowed to use it.

Most amazing views in the Cinque Terra - this place was perfect.

This hotel in Cinque terre is awesome! Follow the directions closely they give you on how to get there and you will make it to a lovely hotel stay with a gorgeous view. The property manager was extremely accommodating and treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing stay here! And the owner is so sweet, she let me leave my bags much longer than checkout. Can’t wait to come back here next year! Cheers from the Canadian traveller in December 2024

The view from the terrace is great but be aware that there is a room in the basement (specially for families as it is the only room with space for more than two people). NO OCEAN VIEW, this room has a tiny window that can only be opened if you climb the wall. The room is the one with the rocky walls in the pictures.

Tanja the owner is very helpful, super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area. It’s the most beautiful property in town with the best view.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Perfect location close to the station and easy to find. Lovely quiet room with air conditioning. The room and bathroom were both clean too. The staff were helpful and friendly too, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine with our room which was a lovely touch. The property also had a terrace with stunning sea views. The only thing we would have liked is for there to be more storage. There were no cupboards to put belongings in. Thankfully we were only there for a couple of nights but this could be more of a challenge for those who have a longer stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend this property to others

I booked a room with a Seaview and paid extra. Upon check-in and opening are shutters to the Seaview I realize the community/public staircase was literally in front of our window, and every person that walked down those stairs could see, and looked into our window, which was perfectly position to see me in bed. Obviously, this was not a window. I could leave open all day and evening, and even watching the sunset, was accompanied by people walking up and down and looking at me. I merely called management within an hour to explain the situation, and I’d like to be moved to higher room. They didn’t respond till the next day saying there were not any rooms available and at that point at already booked another hotel and was checking out. Of course they would not refund my money even though I did not get what I paid for if you have a Seaview and can never leave your windows open to see it what is the point. This is definitely not a hotel, it is renting a room. Also, they do not serve breakfast. You have to book it ahead and it’s extra fee so everything is in. The pictures is really just a lounge space on top of the roof. The room itself was fine. It’s just you should not put someone in a seaview room if the public can see into the room while you’re laying in bed.

Staying here was great! A little bit of a hike uphill but worth it. It was easy to find. Amazing views if not the best views in Manarola!
