It's too pricey every time someone is moving upstairs using the bathroom you can hear it you can't sleep too small the room for the price that I pay a lot

We checked in very late about 9:30pm. The staff informed us that we could add euro30 to upgrade the room. Everything seemed fine until we used the shower, which had a completely blocked drain. This was very troubling as it flooded the bathroom (very inconvenient to clean) and also prevented us from showering at all. When we checked out then informed the staff about this matter, they were not very understanding (we showed him the photo) and only said that it wouldn’t happen next time. Frankly, I do not think we will be returning to this hotel after this so bad experience.

The hotel was a great location however the reception staff weren’t the most welcoming. The staff were very loud and banged things about from early on. Didn’t feel a 4 star hotel.

Wish the room could be colder at night and the drainage in the shower was very slow so the water leaked out. But overall good hotel, friendly staff and convenient location.
