The hotel was well situated and very convenient for the main rail line. We were welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff that some excellent English. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The A/C was excellent and provided a very comfortable environment for my stay. Breakfast was of a very high standard, giving a wide choice, and of excellent quality.

Very helpful and hospitable staff! Every staff member I encountered was friendly and ready to help. Property is clean and very close to the tram from the airport and central train station. Breakfast was lovely too! Really loved the chocolate bread/cake this morning. Welcoming and artfully decorated lobby with coffee and cucumber water every afternoon. Exceptional service for the price point.

Very clean and nice hotel. All staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Something I appreciated is that the staff was never "too busy" to look up and say hello. This allowed us to feel seen and recognized and gave us the opportunity to ask questions about the hotel or services near by. It is apparent that this business holds high standards for themselves. Also,the bartender was very smart, genuine, and conversational. I enjoyed a few hours talking with her!

Hotel was okay. It was clean and in a convenient area near the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The immediate area isn't the nicest surrounding the hotel. There's a bus stop directly outside that attracts noise. I also find it tacky when a hotel tries to upsell you or charge extra for an early check in when I arrived around 20-30 minutes early. It's a perfectly reasonable policy if someone is arriving several hours early, but it's just bad service to do so that close to check in time. Not the type of place I'd stay again solely because of that attempt to squeeze more money out of me when I already paid an expensive rate.
