Just got back from a girls holiday in Ischia with three friends, we stayed at Central Park Hotel Terme for a week of relaxation and it really was that! The hotel exceeded our expectations and after spending a while researching hotels we are very glad we found this gem! The pool area was a tropical paradise, surrounded by lemon trees and palm trees. The pool was cool rather than thermal which was exactly what we needed in the heat. One of our rooms got upgraded on arrival to the three person suite which was lovely, very spacious! The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, we had black out curtains, a great shower and excellent air con, good wifi-all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Moritzio and Antonio on the outside bar. The breakfast was better than expected, with a selection of pastries, cereal, fruit and even some scrabbled egg and bacon! The lady on reception spoke English and was very helpful at telling us about the different trips and bus routes we could take and she booked a trip to Pompeii for us which was great. We loved Ischia itself, somewhat undiscovered by Brits yet! Lots of Italians holiday in Ischia which made it a very Italian experience. The location of the hotel was great, a 10 minute walk to the port and beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to the castle area in the other direction, both had plenty of restaurants to choose from.Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Our second stay at Central Park, it continues up near the top of our list of places to stay. Rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. Hotel facilities are excellent with a lovely outdoor pool surrounded by trees and shrubs; unlike many similar hotels, the pool is refreshingly cool on a hot day rather than being thermal. Mosquitos were a problem this year after recent rains, and management should consider a programme of spraying; we even got bitten in mid morning and had to liberally use insect repellents. The indoor spa is excellent. Staff are more than helpful, though it would be helpful if there were more English speakers. The only significant downside is the quality of food, which was not good - a view shared by other guests. Breakfast choice was limited - fruit 'salad' was tinned fruit; juices were from cartons, and selection of continental cold cuts very limited. Evening meal - only had one as ours was a b&b stay - very disappointing. One course was a chicken drumstick, a sausage, and tinned carrots -this is not commensurate with a 4 star rating, though not uncommon in Italy in our experience. Hotel management should address this, as it detracts from an otherwise first-rate hotel.

Our experience overall was disappointing. The hotel itself is just okay, it’s facilities like the pool area and the furniture inside the room were a bit dated; nothing too bad, but it seemed expensive for its condition. I think this is the norm for Ischia though. The breakfast was good—variety of options and better than what was provided by other hotels on our trip to the coast. One hugely disappointing factor was the service at the front desk—they weren’t warm or inviting at check in, and were unhelpful with an incident that occurred after check out. I realized I had left my wedding ring in the room shortly after check out, and called them as soon as we arrived at our hotel later that day. The manager stated that the cleaning lady allegedly hadn’t found anything, and there was nothing they could do until the current occupants left the room. They did not take the initiative to get back to me on the issue, so my husband ended up having to call back multiple times to get them to actually do something, and I also sent them an email with a picture of the ring, to which they never responded. I still feel sick about the whole thing; the ring was handmade with diamonds passed down by my husband’s grandmother, so can’t really be replaced. I never take it off except to wash my face, so there was no question as to where I would have left it. I understand these things happen during travel, but due to the lack of service and compassion on the hotel’s part, I can’t recommend a stay here.

Vert Nice hotel. One of the men at the front had some great food recommendations for us! The spa is opened from 8 to 8, and is free for guests so that's great. Det var helt ok! Enkla rum med en rymlig balkong. Badrummet var stort och rent men en dag låg det kvar en äcklig svamp på våra grejer på handfatet efter de städat… Poolen var mycket trevlig och hade en bra poolbar. Läget var toppen!

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed. Pænt rent og fin service med strandstole på Medusa stranden. Eneste mindre minus er at poolen er badekars temperatur, fitness er outdated og trænger til en overhaling og prisniveauet på frokost i poolbaren. Men man må gerne medbringe egne drikkevarer. Alt i alt et godt valg!

Pleasant experience with my family. The hotel is well located, close to everything. The shopping area, several restaurants and the main beach are easily reachable. The Aragona Castle is also not far. It's a nice evening walk! Good breakfast and dinner. Recommended!

Le restrizioni COVID-19 richiedono una prenotazione, che in vantaggio consente di usufruire delle terme da soli. Colazione varia e buona. Consigliato.

Vert Nice hotel. One of the men at the front had some great food recommendations for us! The spa is opened from 8 to 8, and is free for guests so that's great. The pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon and the rooms clean although not that spacious. We had a great time and would certainly recommend it!

Très bon hôtel à 1km du port se fait à pieds si pas trop de bagages … sinon un terminal de bus à 5mn qui amène juste au dessus de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux, piscine extérieur très agréable ainsi qu’1 autre piscine thermale à l’intérieur aussi top ! Situation de l’hôtel à 5mn du centre ville. Je recommande

Det var helt ok! Enkla rum med en rymlig balkong. Badrummet var stort och rent men en dag låg det kvar en äcklig svamp på våra grejer på handfatet efter de städat… Poolen var mycket trevlig och hade en bra poolbar. Läget var toppen!

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed. Pænt rent og fin service med strandstole på Medusa stranden. Eneste mindre minus er at poolen er badekars temperatur, fitness er outdated og trænger til en overhaling og prisniveauet på frokost i poolbaren. Men man må gerne medbringe egne drikkevarer. Alt i alt et godt valg!

Pleasant experience with my family. The hotel is well located, close to everything. The shopping area, several restaurants and the main beach are easily reachable. The Aragona Castle is also not far. It's a nice evening walk! Good breakfast and dinner. Recommended!

Una piacevole esperienza. L'hotel è in zona centrale, vicino al centro, al porto e alla spiaggia principale della zona porto. In più è dotato di ottime terme. Le restrizioni COVID-19 richiedono una prenotazione, che in vantaggio consente di usufruire delle terme da soli. Colazione varia e buona. Consigliato.
