Perfect stay for arriving and departing from. Airport and Train station. Shuttles were very accommodating. Hotel was perfect after long day of travel and good service. Enjoyed the country club next door for good wine and meal. Stayed at the begging and end of our trip and would do it again!

This may have been bad luck but I had a pretty poor experience. The wifi and call systems were down during my stay so couldnt get ahold of the hotel to figure out where shuttle wasb

The air conditioning was so bad. Worst I’ve seen in any hotel. The hotel ESPECIALLY our room was so hot that when we checked in at 1am after a 9 hour train journey we had such poor sleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The air conditioning was not functioning at all. The WiFi doesn’t work and they only told us that this a problem. During checkout as they had a special code. Only great part of it was our conversation with our shuttle driver -Antonio who was so welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. He was the nicest person we met on our trip.

Extremely rude staff. Shuttle does not work for early flights and they charge you Eur60 for a 15 taxi ride. No option. Then blame it all with Expedia. Rooms are plain ugly. Worst experience ever.

I called the front desk because I could not find the hotel shuttle pickup point they spent time with me until I was finally picked up. The pickup point in hotels.com was not correct. In terminal 2 the directions say to be picked up under the pharmacy sign. The actual pickup point is between arrivals and departure gates in front of the bank

The staff was so nice. Noy sure why, but we were placed in a handicap room. The bathroom was set up for someone requiring a wheelchair. The shower head leaked, so when we showered, absolutely the entire bathroom got soaked. It was a soggy mess. The front desk attendant was so nice- he made us the best cups of cappuccino for our inconvenience.
