Very friendly staff, our room was ready when we checked in the morning after a cruise which was very nice. Short walk to the main entrance of the train station, so very convenient for those taking the train to/from Rome.

So I booked through Expedia and the hotel staff was very professional and helpful for all my needs. This was a surprise birthday trip for my wife. The breakfast was great and the air conditioning was cool in the room. The room was very clean. The hotel is right by the Roma Terminal for the train and bus system. There are many restaurants close by for walking to and shopping areas as well. This was in a great area. Also there is a tax fee at the end of your stay that I wasn't aware off until I got there.

A good hotel a block from Roma Termini. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the rooftop terrace. And, most importantly, the air conditioning worked perfectly during the 40C heat wave! The only drawback is the neighbourhood, which has some interesting characters. But the choice of restaurants makes up for it.

Nice rooms if you are not on the first floor overlooking garbage bins and laundry bags. We booked well in advance and were given a very undesirable room location. The garbage bins below smelled awful.

It wasn’t my best experience. The bathroom wasn’t suitable. Breakfast was fresh but not a lot on offer. I wasn’t made to feel welcome on arrival so that tarnished my stay. Unfortunately after many years of staying at this hotel I doubt I’ll ever return

We arrived earlier than expected. Upon arrival the desk service immediately told us our room wasn't available. We went to the bathroom to freshen up. While in the lobby another family arrived and their room was available to check in. We went and got breakfast then returned after eating our meal. We sat in the lobby waiting for our room. Another family arrived and their room was ready for check in. So I asked if our room was ready by chance the clerk replied that check in isn't until 2pm it states it on the site. I replied to him that the other 2 families were able to check in how come we couldn't. He replied thatvtheirbroom were ready. So we sat in the lobby. Then I about two hours later I believe his manager came and noticed us sitting in the lobby so he ask the clerk about us and he told him that we were waiting for our room the manger said something to him in Italian and miraculously our room was ready. Go figure.😡

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is less than a one-minute walk from Rome Termini Station, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. The amenities were very basic. The room provided a combined body wash and shampoo gel, a small amenity kit with cotton swabs and a few other essentials, a shower cap, and plastic cups. A hairdryer was available, and there were enough towels for all guests. The room was not luxurious, but it was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay. Although Rome was extremely hot in July, the air conditioning worked very well, so the room stayed cool and comfortable. Breakfast was a standard American-style continental breakfast. The only hot items were scrambled eggs and sausages. I especially enjoyed the yogurt. The staff were not particularly friendly, but they were professional and simply carried out their duties efficiently. Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice for travelers who value a convenient location over luxury.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in July 2026. This hotel is located a half block from the main Rome train station (Rome Termini), which was very convenient. Unfortunately, it was sort of on the "wrong side of the tracks," with lots of lowlifes hanging out on the street among the tourists and police activity. The building in which the hotel is located also contains other businesses that are beside the hotel entrance at the ground-floor level. The hotel rooms extend over those other businesses on the floors above the ground floor level. We were in room 116, which was immediately over a somewhat shady restaurant facing the street. There was a huge amount of street noise, noise from fights in the street and from those loitering outside the restaurant below us. There was also a hammering noise for long periods of time coming from below us. I had to sleep with earplugs every night. The breakfast was served on the top floor/roof top. The menu was the same every day. There was cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts and sliced cheese, salad fixings, juices and espresso coffee drinks, milk, and tea. The breakfast area was nice and clean, and the food was good and fresh, but there seemed to be an abundance of staff looking for stuff to do. They didn't let you finish eating your food/drink, before they took your plate/cup from the table.

Breakfast was great, AC worked well once we got it going. They helped order a taxi for the 5 of us in the morning which was great. They double charged me for some reason but mentioned the mistake as soon as we checked in so I am just waiting for the refund which should only be a couple days. Other than that, it was a easy stay!

They were exceptional in providing us service in the retrieval of materials left in the room safe. They worked with us in devoting a successful plan in getting our valuables back to us. Getting back to Rome after getting on a cruise ship can be difficult. They helped us work out a plan that worked. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Very, very close to the train station and the Hop-on Hop-off bus main stop. Staff was excellent in all aspects. The free breakfast and the staff working that function were superb. And the air conditioning was very, very much NECESSARY during the heat wave time we were there.

The hotel room was good. However, there is only 1 iron for the whole hotel, so we had to request and return the iron every day. There was one day that we got to the hotel after 10 Pm and they couldn’t give us the iron because they did not have the key to get it. Another thing to keep in mind is that the location does not look very safe at night, so is not a place that I would be walking back to at night. We took taxis that left us right at the door and we were fine. The breakfast was good and as for the staff, we had one gentleman that was very helpful the day we arrived and the rest were okay.

Liked the approximately to the train station, it was perfect. Building was clean and good staff. Outside of the building , streets were very crowded and dirty. Breakfast was the same everyday and nothing special. Our shower leak and every-time we took shower, water was all over the bathroom area. They cleaned rooms every day and changed towels every day. It’s a great clean place to stay for few days and very convenient.
