客房狀態偏舊及清潔不足，職員服務QK，但有點cool, 早餐質素非常一般，食物均是超市食品，唯一好處是近車站，適合火車旅遊客。

I can only say that the location (near the station) is the only advantage of this hotel. If you want quality hotel service, please consider other hotels. On the contrary, if you just want to stay overnight and visit the sights of Rome, this hotel is a good choice. In addition, there is a problem with the waterproofing of the bathroom in the room I stayed in. Please pay attention to this, hotel owner. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend to my friends for sure. It’s well-located with modern and comfy room for two ppl.

Everything is perfect!

The room was clean. Hotel was witgin walkong distance of most tourist sites and train stations.

La chambre. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Te first experience was perfect maybe because it was in Oct a few years back. This time, the room was way too hot and we couldn't even hug each other to sleep for the 3 nights that we were there for. Was told it was a central heating. Tried lowering the temperature but the temperature in our room can't go lower than 24⁰c.

The room was great, large to accommodate three of us. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the train station and a few minutes from the bus station, making getting around easy. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and pleasant.

The pros: Staff were friendly, hotel room was acceptably clean and ideally located next to Termini with some great food options. Twenty minute walk to the coliseum, so I’d consider it a walkable location. The cons: Room 505, thermostat would not go below 22 Celsius so it’s a sauna and the windows wouldn’t open. The shower leaked everywhere so I had to cover the floor with towels. The door had to be shut with the force of Thor to lock properly and only one plug worked. The fridge did not work. The breakfast I would consider poor, warm milk and yoghurts and stale pastries. The bed was reasonably comfortable and was two singles pushed together to make a double. It’s a solid three star and is a place to lay your head but definitely no frills.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gioberti and would highly recommend it. The hotel was only a two-minute walk from the main train/metro/bus station, which made it convenient for getting around in Rome. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. The staff were couteous and, whenever I had a problem, for example with the TV and the safe, they immediately sent someone to resolve the issue.

Located few minutes away from the main train, bus and metro station, Roma Termini. From the airport, take an express train, Leonardo Express €18/pp, to Roma Termini and exit through street level. Lot of businesses, restaurants, minimarts and people standing outside so beware of pickpockets. Check-in process was expedite and friendly by Lorenzo. He was friendly and helpful getting us oriented and provided great advices regarding transportation via metro. Surrounding the hotel are 2 very famous basilica: Saint Maria Major and Saint Maria Angels. Room size is very decent.. not a lot of storage spaces, bed & pillows are firm. Breakfast is very very standard with same daily men: scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, melon and oranges…

Excelente hotel, la zona no es la mejor pero te queda la estación de Termini a 2 minutos y puedes tomar el metro súper rápido. El hotel está de lujo, el desayuno súper completo y los cuartos excelentes.

Hotel was clean. Room service was awesome. Amenities were great and the breakfast service in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel being close to the train terminal was very convenient. A lot of great historical sites nearby (walking distance) and restaurants.
