The stay was good and it was very convenient for us. Located on main road but hotel was far enough away not to be bothered by traffic. The breakfast was good and filling. The two restaurants located with the hotel were fantastic. There is a supermarket across the street. The front desk and room attendants are wonderful. The hotel is a bit dated and needs to be kept up not only with the maintenance of the hotel but with the outside garden.

The property was not managed well, we waited for over an hour a worker leaving the premises could not tell us where to find the manager, we called them by phone and gave them a time of 15.45 and then would leave, no response, the lobby looked very tired and unkempt, definitely not a first class hotel.

I stayed at this hotel many many times in years past because it was absolutely wonderful. Returning now and noticing that now it looks very dated and tired, stained carpets, the bathroom needs serious updating, no AC working so it was very hot, breakfast used to be phenomenal now it’s very basic with only sweet items (which I don’t eat first thing in the morning)… very sad to say I will not return again.

This is a great hotel, we stayed here last year and returned because it had been such a great stay. HOWEVER,this year a wedding was being held at the hotel. Loud music was thumping through our bodies until after midnight. I have nothing against weddings, but the hotel should have forewarned us about the wedding, and given us an option to find a different hotel. The next day was a write-off because of lack of sleep. The hotel itself is great. Best mattresses of our whole trip. Hotels.com need a policy where member hotels are obliged to advise customers of probable noisy events.
