This hotel was extremely dirty leaving us to check out early! The bed was covered in stains, toilet wasn’t cleaned at all, sand or dust grains on the floor, dust under the bed, sink wasn’t cleaned, the pool was so dirty I got in and got straight out the tiles in the pool were slimy and thick of grime and the pool water was about a foot empty making it hard to exit the pool. The breakfast consisted of packaged cakes, jams and scrambled eggs that were disgusting and soggy. The bed was broken in our room with a large dent in it and it wasn’t big enough for 2 adults to sleep in it was slightly bigger than a single bed

There are many things that did not go well, Where to start?When we were alerted that we would not be staying at our original hotel, We were assured that the new property we would be staying at was much better, I must say you never disparage another hotel in your collection, Shall I continue? We arrived everything was fine, nice room etc,although a good cleaning would be appropriate,We decided after viewing the video’s to try the restaurant, it was a mistake. From the beginning the place was empty there was brad but no butter, everything had to be requested, the mussels (Cozze) were fresh but there was no flavour! No garlic? No Butter? I used some butter which by the way was almost frozen to give some life to the mussels, do I really need to tell you? OK, add white wine, garlic, butter saffron, then you have a $25 Euro dish, it just got worse from there my wife was never asked for the temperature of the meat, it came out raw, we sent it back l for medium cook, it came back medium rare, the baked potatoes were 3 days old please send me an email address , I would love to send you a photo, by the way as a retired Chef and culinarian I was watching the other guests, many were sending photos of the horrible food! Why would you do this in such a beautiful location??? Further more, I had an early train, I stopped by the front desk and requested a car for 4:15AM, I checked back after dinner I was assured by your staff everything was fine.

OLD and DIRTY so DIRTY an hotel just good for a night only with your eyes closed to do not see how dirty is the moquette ,they have a little balcony with a very nice view on sanremo but Dirty i personally clean the table and the chair . The bath of the 80's with hair around .But above All if accidentally you do not lock the you can open just pushing .

Like many hotels they advertise a pool but rarely is it in operation all claiming seasonal. Supermarket next door Easy walk to beach but not the way they directed me along a busy road walking, the beach entrance is directly opposite the hotel not 300M down the road as I was directed. Friendly staff Nice breakfast Easy to find

Vi hade två rum med havsutsikt. Det ena nr 211 hade en enorm terrass med utsikt över havet. Det andra nr 309 hade en avskärmad balkong med en meters bredd mot havet. OK frukost, lite avsides beläget.

Enkelt förklarat, man får vad man betalar för. Helt okej frukost, gratis parkering och trevlig personal. Såg ut att vara en riktigt fräsch och fin pool, området såg rent ut och både solstolar och parasoll fanns. (Vi använde dock inte poolen) När vi kom till rummet var ACn ur funktion. Vi gick direkt ner till receptionen och de gick och kollade. Insåg samma sak, den fungerade inte. Vi fick en nyckel direkt i handen till grannrummet där allt var i fungerade skick. Lite dåligt städat på sina håll, typ bakom soptunna och skrivbord men annars helt okej. Gammalt som de flesta skrivit, hade behövts fräschas till. Men som sagt, med tanke på vad man betalar så är vi nöjda.
