The hotel is conveniently located from the major attractions and the central train station. The hotel is extremely quiet but there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The service is excellent. They help you with everything and even after we checked out, Marco prepared coffee for us. I strongly recommend this hotel.

From first arriving the staff were fantastic. I used it as a base for the Formula1 Italian Grand Prix at Monza. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday of my stay. Great staff and comfortable room.

A no frills hotel, very very conveniently located in Milan. Close to all major attractions, and the hotel itself was very clean and had everything you'd need if you're mainly there to be out and about just looking for a comfortable safe space to come back to. The free breakfast of a coffee and croissant at a nearby café is just brilliant and a wonderful way to start the day in Milan. Our room had a small balcony that looked onto the church, so that was lovely. The room was nice and warm for cold days in Milan which was much appreciated. It's the best value for buck we could've gotten, so definitely recommend!

The hotel facilities are very modest. However, has very good location, good beds, linens and towels. Has really cute retro elevator. Good place if you primarily plan to spend your day outside and come to the hotel for sleep.

It was an old-fashioned hotel with an antique vibe and a modern bathroom. It was in a decent shopping area, but it was too hot to walk to any famous landmarks. I could not get the air conditioner to get cool enough to be comfortable. I booked because your list of amenities included breakfast, but you had that listed in error.

I will be honest because we all look for good places to stay at, we stayed for one night in the middle of the summer and it was awful, a lot of ants, and the typical lie that the air conditioning does not work but they will fix it, sleeping in there with a hot room is impossible, they ask you for your ventilator for other guests, it is a horrible experience and I will not recommend it at all, it is not worth the money.

The location of the hotel is hard to beat.. the rooms however smelled strongly of detergent or air freshener it was intoxicating for a good while. AC was okay.. not that strong but livable.
