Cleanliness, helpful staff and their politeness all perfect but I didn't like the timing of air conditioning in really hot weather. We did complain to staff but they couldn't do anything because general manager has to change the rule, we didn't know about it just saw in description air conditioned rooms. Part of air conditioning everything is perfect.

The staff were friendly however we were mislead regarding the repair of their faulty air conditioning system. The first night was miserable due to the heat and no air conditioning. We were told the system was to be repaired but when we returned, it had not. We decided not to spend the second night. Fortunately we were not charged for the second night. We were told the hotel is under new management starting May 1.

Unless the lady at the front desk had to deal with inner hotel rules she tried her best. BUT this hotel is in such a bad and poor condition .. IT SHOULDNT BE OPEN WITHOUT RENOVATIONS. And especially marked as a 4 stars ! The location was very easy to find and very close to pinerolo city center

If you are looking for a good bargain business style hotel in the area Hotel Barrage is a good option. Rooms are spacius, good big beds and AC which is working well. Bathroom with shower (tight as usual in Italy). Breakfast is 3-5€/Person ifnot included but also not worth much more. Simple as usual in Italy. Free parking outside, Wifi works for 30min free, then you need to pay - this is a bit ridicolous in 2017

This hotel is an incredible value. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. I would not say it's a 4 star hotel because: 1. the grounds are tidy but dull. 2. the wifi didn't work on my floor for the 3 days I was there. But, it did work in the lobby. No one new how to fix it. 3. Breakfast was good but not my idea of 4 star. For of that, I'll stay here again when I return next month.
