Downtown hotel located next to the train station up a little bit on the hill side, useful to know if you have to carry luggage around. Clean interior and rooms with a terrific view over the area. Great breakfast!

I loved this hotel. Perfectly situated above the plaza and train station and at the end of the street, full of restaurants and things to see and do and a great view and wonderful staff and convenient and clean and an excellent value for the money. I loved this hotel. I stay at three star hotels to five star hotels and this was the perfect hotel for the visit to Genoa Italy.

The hotel is located right next to the train station which was very convenient for us. The people around the area were very friendly. We had a great view of the city. The breakfast was good and the woman let me take a tray up to my husband who was in the room sleeping in. We only stayed for one night because we were passing through, but would stay again.

It is a run down place, has an unpleasant interior, furniture, blankets; everything is gloom and old. A lot of stairs up to elevator that was going some repairs. It is definitely requires a lot of cleaning and polishing before claiming a rating of 3 stars *** hotel 🏨

The hotel smelled weird, it was pretty old and the room really small, although my booking was non refundable I left and went to another hotel, I rather lose 65 euros than sleep there. I told the guy in the front desk I was checking out after 5 minutes in the room he did not reply anything. Not even a goodbye.
