Hotel Comtur

Staff is super friendly. Loved the girl at the bar -Wendy and the other girl at front desk-Julia. Excellent service. Everything was perfect and smooth. Cleaning staff was 5/5 I’m a female solo traveller stayed over 5 nights. Overall experience was fantastic.

Pessimo datato e con varie problematiche della camera: - riscaldamento che non si spengeva mai quindi o tutto freddo xche spento o tutto caldo un tormento - tv con il decoder digitale che ogni tanto si scollegava e dovevi alzarti e toccare la spina dietro il tv il telecomando ha le pile a vista perché ha perso il coperchio - asse del wc semovente si sposta a destra e sinistra - tazza del wc (il sanitario intero) che si muove ed oscilla e mentre sei sopra non è proprio bello - tappi del lavabo e bidet che non stanno alzati e devi toglierli per usarli - tel interno non funziona se vuoi la recepiton ti devi alzare e scendere anche di notte come è successo a me - porta bel bagno a livello del pavimento “scorticata dall’umidità” sul lato sinistro mancano gli ultimi 5 cm di legno - doccia senza piatto a livello pavimento con acqua che allaga fino sotto al wc tutte le volte che fai la doccia poi devi dare lo straccio che non c’è ed usi gli asciugamani e mentre fai la doccia nessun altro può usare il bagno Alla fine elencati tutti i problemi alla reception mille scuse e bon arrivederci e grazie Forse un minimo di sconto per il pessimo servizio fornito sarebbe stato il minimo. Grazie alla struttura e a chi la gestisce MAI PIÙ un 4 stelle vecchio e con gestione altrettanto pessima degli ospiti…

We had a lovely night at Hotel Comtur, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and polite. In the morning we got to sleep in, because the area is pleasant sand quiet, no 'big city noise' The breakfast was also very nice. A lovely alternative to pricey Milan accommodations

The staff was very accommodating, Julia gave up her parking for us, polite staff. It was good for a quick trip.

Shortage of public transportation in the erea . Cooperative staffs with good English skill .

This hotel is in a pleasant town and has helpful staff but a noisy heating unit in the bedroom and a sagging mattress lead to two uncomfortable nights.

I don't like to write bad reviews, so I will skip this one. On the positive side, the hotel manager was very welcoming and helpful. Internet connection was non existing and this was a business trip. This is not a 4-star place by any stretch of the imagination.

The room itself was adequate for my needs. I needed a room to stay for my trip to Milan. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was continental buffet style. They have a restaurant and bar, but it was not always open (you can always eat in Milan anyway). Overall it was a nice hotel.

very convenient for my biz trip

A pity that a bus of Chinese arrived and left at 7.00 Sunday morning. I gues all the Guest were awake. Breakfast is great, service is excellent, parking available.
