Hotel da Elide

Great place to stay in, near the station, great staff, newly renovated rooms, parking cross the street for free. The only thing missing is an elevator if you have a lot of luggage. Loved the experience.

Friendly safe and clean

Pros: The location of the hotel is very quiet and convenient to the central train station, the public transportation hub and a McDonald’s restaurant. The hotel room itself was super clean, eco friendly, and modern. The staff are nice and speak English. Cons: No elevator. Difficult for the elderly and those with heavy luggage. The young woman who checked me in helped me carry my luggage. The checkin process is done at the restaurant below. Can be quick if the restaurant is not busy. Will I stay here again? DEFINITELY YES. Asisi is beautiful and has its old world charm. The prices are cheaper in Asisi than Rome.

Really cute hotel above a restaurant. Make sure you check in at the restaurant as there is not lobby. Check in and out is at the restaurant. The hotel is modern but really nice inside. Breakfast was small but fine. The staff is nice. Location is great and close to the train station and main sights. To get to Assisi you walk to the train station and catch a bus. Make sure to get bus tickets at the kiosk across from the train station.

Small cosy hotel, recently renovated. Close to railway station. Comfortable. During my stay everything was closed for vacation, so nobody of staff present at the property. When I've arrived I found closed door. Nobody picked up phone. They knew exact time of my arrival. After 10 min near the locked door, a lady arrived, gave me keys, showed my room and gave me instructions. Lady did not speak English, so we communicate via google translator. As far as restaurant staff was on vacations, no breakfast on site. You should go for a bar 300m away where you'll be served with coffee and croissant. Maybe I was just unlucky and other days everything is ok

Very responsive & easy to check in

As an ex hotelier having worked and stayed in 5 star properties, i can sincerely vouch for the high quality of this hotel. The family has done an incredible job with the building and the decor. Every detail carefully crafted. Beautifully modern designed rooms. Impeccable daily cleaning. Kind and helpful staff. This was a gem to find, i will certainly return and will also fly this hotel’s flag wherever i go. Thank you for being at the heart of a wonderful vacation.

I have stayed here several times before but was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully refurbished the hotel is. I also have eaten in the restaurant before but the food if anything has improved- the Fiore de zucchini were wonderful- nothing deep fried; cod delicious- stunning flavours with it and the figs with Gorgonzola with the steak - first class. The traditional dishes also of a very high standard. Despite having stayed and eaten before I never felt the friendliness that I did this time - I think this has much to do with Simone as, although there before, was not in “charge”. From the minute I arrived the welcome was warm and there were obvious warm relationships with everyone involved even when very busy. Breakfast was lovely and new area excellent. A wonderful family run hotel and trattoria and I look forward to returning - still some dishes to try. Central to access the train to Rome and Florence, a bus is running from Perugia airport to the station so excellent access. Bus to old town and Rivotorto from station. A few minutes from basilica of Santa Maria and if enjoy walking around 30 minutes to either old town or Rivotorto. Wonderful base to see Spello, Foligno and Perugia.. Just what I needed.

The place is great has been remolded very modern and staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason it is not 3 star hotel because of no elevator or 24/7 staff. Great great place

Great family run hotel easy access by bus to Assisi old town booked for 2 nights , stayed for 3 .. excellent reatuarant.

Excelente!! O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da Basílica de Santa Maria dos Anjos, nosso propósito de viagem. Os atendentes foram gentis e o quarto limpo e confortável. Surpreende a modernidade do hotel. O café da manhã tinha o necessário para uma boa alimentação.

Dejligt værelse. Pænt og rent. Med køleskab. Airconditioningen fungerede upåklageligt. Skøn altan. Skøn udsigt. Dejlig tagterasse. Sød betjening på trods af sprogbarriere.

Da Elide abbiamo trovato cortesia, simpatia e professionalità, ottimo menù con maialino al finocchietto e patate arrosto eccezionale!

Ottima struttura e molto comoda per chi arriva con il treno.

Breve viaggio ad Assisi e ho trovato questo piccolo albergo al centro di S M degli Angeli,una camera piccola però molto silenziosa,personale molto gentile ed hanno anche un ristorante molto buono

Hotel rinnovato di recente, molto bello. Un po' scomode le scale non essendoci l'ascensore. Buona la colazione ed ottimo il ristorante annesso.

The breakfst is very nice but I missed a good slice of fresh bread
