The good: The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right by the train terminal, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady in the breakfast room. The price was also quite reasonable. The bad: The hotel is pretty dated, and the window in our room didn’t close completely, so it was rather noisy at night. The ugly: Our room had an unpleasant odor throughout our entire stay. It was so uncomfortable we thought of leaving, but we stayed there for 2 days only, so we decided to put up with it. Our stay was just okay, but I would never return to this hotel.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I would like to bring them to attention. First, the behavior of staff was not up to the standards I expect. Both the front desk receptionist and the employee working at breakfast were consistently non-courteous. Additionally, the breakfast service was unacceptable. Items were not refilled, and despite our repeated reminders, no action was taken. The staff did not communicate with us or offer any explanation, which made us feel ignored. Finally, the in-room safe was defective. We reported this issue multiple times during our three-day stay, but it was never fixed. This lack of attention to a basic guest amenity, along with the other issues, gave us the impression that guest comfort and security are not a priority. I chose hotel expecting a certain level of service and comfort, but our experience fell far short of these expectations.

Scary place ... very outdated, old fashion keys, unable to control a/c from bedroom so it is controlled by front desk, front desk closes and does not open until 7:00 a.m., elevator is very scary. The only way to communicate with front desk is via room phone and phone did not work!!!. Ugly hotel ... will definitely NOT recommend.

the Location is good, we got three rooms one of them it was like storage( it was too small and beside the stairs so we can't sleep at all) and we asked for another room they answered us with rude " this is what we have " even they didn't try to provide us a better room or any compensation

Nice place to stay, breakfast was ok. Room was clean and spacious. Only negative thing was the heating, that could only be regulated by calling the reception and they would switch on the air condition, which we couldn't stand for more than 15 minutes due to the hot, dry air. When switched off, the room would cool down really quick.

I stayed at this hotel with two of my friends and we weren't at the hotel much but it was perfect for a night in Rome. The location wasn't super close walking to all the monuments we wanted to see but it was maybe a 7 minute taxi ride. The 24 hour desk service was very convenient and the man at the front drew us up an entire diagram for all the places we should see and how to get there. He was awesome!

Room had no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan that was very loud and in poor shape. Also ceiling fan was extremely dirty. Bathroom was also very small with toilet basically in the shower like like an RV or boat showers sometimes are. Strictly functional room. Very bare bones. OK if you are only looking for a place to crash for cheap. Not a place you will want to spend time in.
