飯店設施明顯較老舊, 所在區域入夜後人較少,有安全性疑慮

這间酒店靠近Roma Termini, 只需7分鐘就可達車站，很好。 但這酒店仍有待改善，尤其是升降机。我們入住那天便幾乎被困，原來這升降机只能載2人和2件行李，我們3人便被卡住，要求救才可到達所住的4樓。 房間没有冷氣，我們在9月入住尚可，7、8月大暑天就不行了。 早歺有麵包、蛋糕、牛奶、果汁及咖啡，可吃飽，但説不上美味。

The place was nice and clean good location near the termini station.

Room was okay according to the price i paid, coundnt ask for more. Staffs are friedy and knowledgable. Wifi works Mostly evening withing 20-30 mins walking distance real advance in Rome.

Comfortable single room with breakfast. Good communication. Described airport shuttle does not exist. Led to a 60 Euro taxi to the airport.

It was very close to our tour activities, and we felt safe walking around the area.

The breakfast was not that great and need add salads, beef salami, chicken, omelette.

The good: The hotel’s location is unbeatable: right by the train terminal, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady in the breakfast room. The price was also quite reasonable. The bad: The hotel is pretty dated, and the window in our room didn’t close completely, so it was rather noisy at night. The ugly: Our room had an unpleasant odor throughout our entire stay. It was so uncomfortable we thought of leaving, but we stayed there for 2 days only, so we decided to put up with it. Our stay was just okay, but I would never return to this hotel.

Excellent location close to bus stops and the train station, but definitely not as pictured. Dated, the A/C was not working properly, the safe was locked, and windows operators were broken so they were open all the time. Between the temperature and the noise it was really hard to get some rest. Breakfast was not good either. Honestly this one is all about location.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I would like to bring them to attention. First, the behavior of staff was not up to the standards I expect. Both the front desk receptionist and the employee working at breakfast were consistently non-courteous. Additionally, the breakfast service was unacceptable. Items were not refilled, and despite our repeated reminders, no action was taken. The staff did not communicate with us or offer any explanation, which made us feel ignored. Finally, the in-room safe was defective. We reported this issue multiple times during our three-day stay, but it was never fixed. This lack of attention to a basic guest amenity, along with the other issues, gave us the impression that guest comfort and security are not a priority. I chose hotel expecting a certain level of service and comfort, but our experience fell far short of these expectations.

Consigliato. Ottimo prezzo, camera moderna e confortevole. Segnalo solo che a colazione non c'era eggs and bacon.

Cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom também. Quarto bem limpo e boas condições. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Localização excelente (poucos metros da Estação Termini). Super indico esse hotel
