Only had a quick stop over in Rome, but the hotel was in a super convenient/accessible location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we were there for a longer time.

The stage was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, and i appreciated the room upgrade! My only issue was that I wish the rooms had A/C. They were a little stuffy.

Great job, seems like European hotels actually honor their upgrade for Expedia platinum members compared to USA. Now I wouldn’t mind doing this more often if I do get the benefits of my business with Expedia.

The hotel staff and location was great. Breakfast was okay. The ac was off during the season and it was very hot and uncomfortable in the room . They brought us a fan after the first night and we sleep better with the window open. The WiFi was an unreliable.

We stayed here for three nights in March. What we liked:
Comfy large bed
Friendly and helpful staff
Convenient location to train station
Good restaurants nearby
Within walking range of main attractions
The hotel is on a busy road and is noisy however with the shutters closed and with earplugs it limits a lot of the sound.
We enjoyed the breakfast mostly continental options some scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages although these were never very warm during our stay.
Be aware of paying the tourist tax which is 8euros per person per night.
Overall a nice hotel which we would recommend.

Our tv wasn’t working properly for three days despite two of the staff’s attempts; the shower stall was too small and the hot water would turn scalding while showering and you couldn’t move out of the way; we asked to be refunded any amount as we decided to switch hotels but hotel gave us zero allowance

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Genova. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the daily breakfast was quite good! Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

The room was spacious but not very clean, the closet and some furniture had a lot of dust. The temperature control was broken. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient since it is just a couple of minutes walking from the train station. It was somewhat noisy at night.
