We were checked in so quick and immediately given an upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. Also got a 50% off of a day pass on the hop on hop off bus tour. The hotel is walkable from the Termini Roma station which brought us from the cruise port and which we walked to to get a train to the airport. A great stay in this hotel. Highly recommend.

The AC was not working properly so I had to ask a fan as my 2 years old was crying from the heat inside. The Fridge was really small and there was not even space to put in a water bottle of 1.5 l and we had hard time because we need to put in baby`s milk bottle.

立地は本当に素晴らしい。 スタッフの方々も非常に丁寧かつ笑顔に接してくれるため、サービスには何も問題はない。しかし、シャワーの温度が急に冷たくなる＆熱湯になるが定期的に繰り返され、まるでロシアンルーレットのような感覚。すごく怖かったし落ち着いてシャワーを浴びれなかった。

A hospedagem no Hotel Genova foi muito boa. Próxima à estação termini, fomos e voltamos com as malas para a estação à pé com tranquilidade. O hotel está em uma ótima localização, perto da estação de metrô, com muitos restaurantes bons próximos. Gostamos muito do tamanho do quarto, que tem um tamanho bom para o padrão europeu, da qualidade dos lençóis e toalhas, do tamanho grande e reformado do banheiro e da existência de elevador (que, por vezes, não é comum na europa). O café da manhã é bem servido e bom, só pontuaria a necessidade de mais frutas disponíveis. Nossa hospedagem no Hotel, que está bem conservado e novo, foi muito boa. Com certeza voltaremos pela localização, conforto e segurança

Information provided for accessing the internet was wrong. Spent a whole day constantly getting disconnected until we just used another wi-fi connection (different from info provided to us at check in) and it worked. Turns out, the connection was also Hotel Genova’s but not mentioned to us.
