Buena ubicación, habitación cómoda y limpia Lo negativo no hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con recepción, y deberían revisar que todos los implementos del Kitchenet estén completos antes de un check in y durante la estancia

Quirky but comfortable city centre hotel.

It's a little confusing finding the registration desk - could use a little more detail on the signage out front.

Hotel staff was very cooperative getting the bed right. The room cleaning was marginal and not consistent. The accommodations were good.

In the city so parking is difficult. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor so either go up many stairs or wait for an elevator that only fits 2 people. Room was small and loud.

Everything was great thanks. The breakfast guy was outstanding. I think his name was Matteo He managed the check in and all the breakfasts at the same time- he never stopped. We were so impressed. I hope he’s paid well because he earns it!

Hotel was on the third floor with quaint lift. Room with kitchenette was very comfortable and clean. Close to the old town, market and restaurants. Good location.

Loved staying in this vintage hotel

loved the old world elevator. breakfast was exceptional in offerings, coffee good, staff so helpful.

Good place but all the spare keys for the rooms are out in the open and when only one concierge is also the chef a key could very easily be stolen.

No hot water and slow wifi

In great area close to dining and shopping options. Room was clean inside a beautiful building. The ac was so so so nice kept the room cool even though it was 36 in July and so humid outside. We had a great stay!

No parking close the property. The building is not dedicated to the hotel, so you have to get to certain floor to find the lobby. Not usual the usual setup. The elevator 1 person and two suitcases. Its nice location but is not comparable to a regular hotel.

Great location, clean, thin walls, soap and shampoo in one.

Great location on 3rd floor of an old building being renovated. Great to be a base for Genoa or surrounding areas. Close to Genoa B station.

Very good hotel located near Brignole train station, Vola bus service and city bus transportation. Safe location, front door always locked with key access. You do have to be buzzed in to get through the second set of doors and that’s only available until midnight. Not sure what happens if you stay out later than that, so make sure you are prepared. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet even though it was on a street side. And the building has an elevator. Good value for the money.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour la simple raison que selon la description, il devait y avoir un stationnement sur place, il était bien situé au centre-ville et les photos sur le site étaient magnifiques… Il faut comprendre que la photo de la devanture n’est pas l’hôtel en entier.. L’hôtel occupe une PARTIE de l’immeuble… J’ai réussi à entrer dans l’immeuble (porte barrée) en suivant une personne qui avait une clé…Mais aucune indication nulle part…L’endroit est difficile d’accès car aucun espace pour mettre la voiture afin de décharger les valises… Et en plus… L’hôtel est très difficile à trouver car l’enseigne extérieure est petite et ne dis pas où aller dans l’immeuble.. J’ai du téléphoner afin de savoir où était exactement la réception et où nous pouvions stationner.. Tout ça pour me faire dire que puisqu’il était plus de 20h( en fait il était 19h52.. Nous avions tourné en rond pendant plus de 15 minutes car aucune annonce de l’hôtel visible de la rue) il n’y avait personne pour nous indiquer où mettre la voiture, que nous devions aller à un stationnement dont je n’ai pas compris le nom, que je n’avais qu’à faire Google pour le trouver et me faire raccrocher la ligne au nez… Nous avons passé notre chemin et sommes allés au Bristol Palace… Effectivement plus dispendieux, mais l’accueil et le service est aussi une priorité lorsque nous allons dans les hôtels.. Ce qui n’a malheureusement pas été le cas à l’hôtel Genova Liberty lors de notre tentative pour y séjourner.

This was my second stay at Hotel Liberty Genova, and I thoroughly enjoyed both visits! The hotel is housed in a stunning early 20th century building, and still has an original cage elevator - which adds a lot of charm! The setup doesn’t make the place feel like a hotel; rather, I felt like I was staying in a classy apartment building. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better … it’s on one of the main shopping streets, and a short walk from the Genova Brignole train station, Piazza de Ferrari and the Centro Storico (historic center). Lots of good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Great value. Highly recommended!
