Professional and friendly receptionists. Conveniently located near Roma Termini, with plenty of shops nearby. The property is well maintained, and the room had a charming retro décor. Fully functioning bath and shower. Very happy to book again.

Excellent location… 2 minute walk to train station. Plus two minute walk to catch bus to airport. So close to so many sites, Roman ruins… everything in walking distance!

Value for money. Reasonable all round. Not very enthusiastic at reception, however, I have no complaints. Generally Italian hosts i have found to be excitable. Not so here. Breakfast was adequate and pleasant. Far enough from Railway station to escape unsavoury characters of which there are few in the neighbouring streets. A base not a holiday hotel.

Website didn’t tell us each floor you need to walk stairs . The lift only stops in the middle. We have to carry our heavy luggage ourselves even I asked for help. Only one socket in the room. The washroom has extremely bad smell, like the old man hair gel. Told the lady to clean, but the smell did not go away. Have an accident and needs to make phone call, not helping at all. I went to the hotel in next street , the receptionist helped me to make calls and he truly helped without considering the cost and brought out water for me , even I am not their customers. I can reach out an international call at night from a hotel I did not book.

Stayed for 1 night in May to catch our flight next morning. Inexpensive hotel, I wouldn't consider it 3 star IMO. Pros - Promximity to Roma Termini, inexpensive Cons - Rooms are dated, A/C not functional (had to open windows), Shower water was lukewarm at best. Elevators stop at middle floor, you need to haul you luggage one flight of stairs. Breakfast is below average.

Elevator only stops at landings between guest room levels. You need to carry your bags and walk up and down. Noise from the people on the street. Close to Termini station and eateries. Overprice for a budget, basic and outdated guest house. Breakfast included.

Please set your expectations before booking. This hotel was clean and comfortable but basic. The furnishings were dated but functional and room was slightly dusty. The location is a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Breakfast is provided but we left too early to take advantage of it. Be aware that the small elevator splits floors. You will still need to walk up or down a flight of stairs to get to your room. Overall, the accommodations were good. It was affordable for the central location and access to public transportation. The hotel is not fancy so make sure it meets your travel needs and lifestyle.

It's very close to the Termini station yet also a walkable distance to the major attractions in the city center. I was on the top floor it was very quiet. The AC could have been better but with the window open and they had a fan for me to borrow it was nice.
