The hotel and rooms were more than adequate. One thing that stood out was the staff that went out of their way to accommodate our stay. They brought in an extra bed to our room and kitchen staff accommodated us for breakfast after kitchen was already closed. Plenty of parking and close to rooms. Beautiful green maintained trees and property. EXCELLENT in every way…!!! Thank you so much…!!!

It was a bit of a treck from the airport, but they were very helpful in directing my by rail and taxi. The place was clean, neat and very modern. Everything worked well. There was a great restaurant within a 20min walk for dinner and they opened the breakfast a little early so I could catch my ride back to the airport.

The Hotel location is very good as we had about the same distances to Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore and Milano. The rooms are basic but very clean. Hotel Staff is very friendly. The breakfast could have a little more Food to choose from, but all in all a very pleasant stay. The Aircondition in the room did not work 2 times but the problem was instantly solved by the front desk Staff.

The bed was nice and room clean, staff polite when you could find them. The big issue is on the orbit side it mentions a laundry twice, Google have is an off-site laundry service that takes two days. It is truly a shame I chose this location so far away from Milano based on having a laundry... there is a public laundromat 2km Drive away shuts at 7:10pm last wash.

The hotel was perfect, was clean, good breakfast, the staf very nice, the only frustration was the location. The only way to go there is by car, it is too far from Milano center city and the only way of transportation is by car and bus, even the bus stop is far from hotel and very limited.

The property is nice but I only stayed overnight. I chose it because of its charm, breakfast included, and what I mistakenly thought was an airport shuttle. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good range of choices. My only mistake was I thought they had an airport transfer included and it was not. It was a 50 euro taxi there and a 50 euro back to the airport which made the saving money aspect go out the window. The staff is really nice and it seemed like a beautiful area.

Forced to stay in a smoking room, which is disgusting for someone who doesn’t smoke, because guests decided to stay longer in the room we were supposed to stay in. Room does not have air conditioning which is advertised to have air conditioning on Expedia so that need to be corrected. Wouldn’t stay here if we were able to get our money back. Thank goodness It’s one night
