Easy, safe (10mins) walk from main train station to hotel. Check-in was easy. Sharon is a gem, especially re booking tours and shows. Office is untidy but staff are attentive. Hotel has a lift. Room was big, comfortable, quiet, refrigerator. Firm bed, hot water, A/C. Great central location, safe locality with really good cafes and restaurants. Bueno!

El personal muy agradable y atento, bastante limpio, no me gusto el mal olor que habia en el baño que salia por las tuberias o por extractor de olores no se, pero necesitan hacer algo, poner aromatizantes, porque la habitacion estubo bien, pero el olor del baño fue lo malo, es mi unica queja

Sehr nah an den Bahnhof gelegen die Restaurants und Kaffees warn praktisch zum Abendessen oder Frühstücken in der hotel nähe zimmer waren sauber und klimatisiert.Es gab 24/7 jmd an der Rezeption

Its location is the best, the rooms are clean and pretty. the building is a bit old but functional and very centric. The train station is 5 minutes away. I would stay here again without a doubt

The room was very clean. Very sparsly appointed and bare bones of a hotel. Elevator didn't always work, hot water was not always available, shower leaked, mattress was bumby and thin.

Front staff very helpful. Hotpot in room. But no cups or glasses available, not even instant coffee or tea. No airport shuttle, they call a taxi for you. No breakfast available. Sewer backup into our room. Ask to have the fixed but did not happen

This hotel is conveniently located close to Roma Termini. What was disappointing for us was that the hotel amenities (on the website) include "Airport transfer." When I called from the airport, thinking that the hotel provided transportation, I was told that we had to arrange our own. Also, the website says that continental breakfast is available for a surcharge. We were disappointed to find out that no breakfast was available.

I had a room for 3 days but I only stayed one day and the people in the room next door were very noisy and then I contacted the hotel and they said they would refund my money but then I received an email saying it would not be refunded.

Esto no era un hotel, es un edificio compartido, la cama de piedra y no había limpieza como tal, solo hacían la cama y cambiaban de toallas de ahí en fuera todo mal, la cama tenía cabellos y hasta tenía pestañas postizas!! La cobija que te dan también estaba llena de cabellos

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi da Termini. Stanza singola piccola ma con tutti i servizi. Letto comodo, doccia nuova. Stabile in cui vi sono più alberghi/BB oltre ad appartamenti per privati. Diciamo che sono stata in strutture migliori ma non mi posso lamentare.

Suit Oda oldugu icin guzeldi. İlgili ve yardim severlerdi. Sadece bir bina icinde birden cok farkli otel olmasi cok enteresandi. Bir daha olsa kesinlikle tercih etmem.
