I did not use the AC, staff ok. The toilet flush is not working, must not sell the room if the important facility in the room is not functioning. Also, the toilet seat is too old with so many scratches already. Please have it replaced! It’s not enticing to use at all!! Note: Even if the room is not so spacious but have a nice toilet, it can be compensated

We choose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station and buses. This hotel is about 30 minutes by bus to all the major point of interess.

Al principio iba con duda, por los comentarios. Pero fue todo lo contrario! Muuuuuuuy agusto y súper bien. La habitación, cama, baño, todo súper bien. Ya que solo llegábamos a dormir. Estaba a una cuadra y media de la terminal Termini realmente por eso escogí el lugar. Me moví más en colectivo que en metro y lo tomaba a una cuadra para que me llevara a los principales lugares turísticos. Valió la pena. Las instalaciones, como elevador y escaleras son viejitas, pero la habitación muy bien, las están remodelando. Muy amable el señor que me hizo el chik in. Entregue mi habitación a la hora y resguardaron mi equipaje sin costo y así pudimos disfrutar de la tarde. Viaje con mi hermana y mi niño y muy agusto todos. Comíamos cruzando la terminal de la otra salida de la terminal venden unas pizzas tan ricas que sin dudarlo regresaríamos! Souvenir de 1 un euro. Y muchos lugares para comer de ese lado. A una cuadra también tomamos el colectivo que nos llevó al Vaticano. Ten en cuenta que el elevador es chico por si traes equipaje. Todo muy bien.

Je suis restée plusieurs jours. Il est à 5min de marche du métro ainsi que de la gare Termini. Il y avait une salle de bain privée, un frigo et une télé. La chambre est propre et il y avait un service de chambre tous les jours entre 11h, mais il est possible de demander un service plus tard. Cependant, l’hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver car il y a plusieurs hôtels dans le même immeuble. De plus, l’immeuble était un peu sale et l’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas toujours (nous avions en plus une chambre au 5e étage). Finalement, la chasse d’eau de la toilette était assez faible. Sinon le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel

Don't book this place

I can’t stress this enough, do not book this hotel. The photos listed on the site are not the rooms you get. Not a single photo reflected what the place looked like besides the front door of the building. Even the elevator was run down and only allows one person with their luggage at a time. It was so bad one of my friends booked a flight home a week early and the rest of us booked a different hotel halfway through our stay, forfeiting the money we already paid for this hotel. Expedia needs to shut them down from the site.

Close to train station

Location was Great. A/c wasn't cold..Drain in the shower was backed up.. little refrigerator didn't work.

We were very excited for our stay, judging from the photos and convenient location to the train station. However, we were very disappointed with the condition of our room as well as a few other discrepancies. First of all, the photos were very deceiving. The floor of the shower was caving in, and the water was leaking out of the sides, making our bathroom floor a wet mess. Not only was the cleanliness of our room disappointing, but we felt very unsafe as the door would NOT LOCK on the first evening of our stay. We had to leave our door unlocked when we left for dinner, while was highly concerning, considering we are 3 20 year old women staying in one of the only rooms on the first floor. On day two, we were successful in getting the door to lock once we left for the day. However, when we returned, the door would not unlock. When approaching the front desk about this issue, they got mad at us for "locking the wrong door," when we were not giving any instructions on which door to lock upon our arrival. We were left sitting outside of our room waiting for them to unlock it for about 45 minutes. To not have your doors unlock is one thing, but to make the guest feel like it is their fault is inhospitable and disappointing coming from a well reviewed hotel, or so we thought. Overall, if you are looking for a safe, cleanly stay, this hotel is not for you.

I selected the hotel because it was relatively close to the train station. Neighbourhood a little seedy but safe enough.

O hotel é antigo e vem passando por reformas. Fomos alocados em um quarto reformado, em que a cama e chuveiro eram bem confortáveis. A localização é muito boa, próximo ao metrô e a ótimos restaurantes, e o preço razoável quando comparado aos demais da região.

Worse than average

Receptionen rydder helt vildt. Der er beskidt og ikke særlig attraktivt. Der lugter fælt af parfume, så det er ikke til at holde ud. Vi må åbne vinduer og lufte gevaldigt ud. Dette må vi gentage om og om igen. Badeværelset er fyldt med skimmel i mellem fliserne, og badeforhænget er også muggent. Stikkontakter der ikke virker, og falder ud af væggen.

Hotel simples, porém com ótima relação custo benefício: limpo, silencioso, próximo à estação de trem. Além disso, o pessoal é agradável e educado. Recomendo

The hotel was a convenient walk to the train station and Hop in Hop off bus. Good restaurants in area. Our room was updated and clean. There was a laundry close so we had our dirty clothes cleaned before going in our cruise ship. Sharon at reception spoke very goodEnglish and organized our shuttle to the cruise ship terminal. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay again.

A recepção assusta um pouco, porque é antiga e sem nenhum luxo ou capricho, mas fomos bem atendidos. A localização é boa, bem próxima da Estação Termini. Íamos a pé para quase todos as atrações de Roma. O elevador era muito antigo (só 2 pessoas por vez), mas não enguiçou, o que foi conveniente, porque ficamos no último andar. O quarto era reformado, mas muito simples e sem graça e o banheiro, bem antigo, mas tudo limpo e silencioso. A camareira trocou as toalhas e limpou o quarto. Achei caro pelo que ofereciam, mas Roma estava muito cheia de turistas por causa do Jubileu e do falecimento do Papa. Como ficamos pouco tempo, valeu o custo-benefício. Outra observação é que a rua do hotel estava sempre muito escura, mas como havia muitos hotéis no entorno, estava sempre movimentada e não nos sentimos inseguros para voltar ao hotel (retornávamos no máximo até 22 h).
