Hotel Royal Falcone

Hotel was in a very convenient location, just 5 minutes from the train station sandwiching easy walking distance of the main or older central part of the town. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries around. I was going to the Monza Racing Circuit and elected to walk. I was slow and of course looking at things and it did take me an hour and maybe 15 minutes to get to the grandstands directly across from the pits and winners podium. It is an flat walk on graveled trails through the parks for the most part. I could have used the bus system and did figure out the app ATM for it. Room was spotless, sheets were crisp and comfortable, room was air conditioned, elevator and stairs were available, breakfast had a pretty good spread with muesli, fruit, cereals, different pastries, salami, cheese and scrambled eggs. eggs poached or soft boiled could be requested. Staff were friendly. Definitely a great hotel for the price.

Room was run down. But I guess that’s why it was so cheap.

Lovely hotel and staff, excellent location, about 3mins walk from train station.City centre and shops only several minutes walk also.KFC and McDonald's next door, great for food options, but can be a bit noisier at night as its a main road.Overall good and would definitely stay again.

It is better that face towel is as same material as bath towel. It would be great to ready a complimentary water in room.

This is NOT even close to a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old, dirty and in the worst part of Monza near the train station. The breakfast was ok but not even close to the price charged. The area is noisy and near a pack of fast food restaurants. The bed was as hard as a rock. NEVER AGAIN.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Terrible service staff is unbelievably rude was scheduled to stay for 5 night checked out after the first night. Room was so dirty no heat and it was freezing no hot water staff didn’t seem to care. Was told since I was checking out early they would honor a refund when I didn’t see one get issues hotels.com contacted the hotel who then refused to refund the unused night. Really horrible experience and a total was of money.

Older property but convenient to the center of town. Close to the train station which could be a plus and a minus.

Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, as an elderly non speaking Italian this was extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and the room was very clean, and the buffet breakfast was really good.

Great location Could use some modern plug ins for electronics. Over all great location for both business and pleasure trips. Very reasonable price.

This hotel was a perfect location. Booking a hotel in Italy coming from Canada is tough as there are so so many to look at. I didn’t realize this Hotel was in Monza, but the train station was so close. The shopping plaza was just across from the traffic circle with amazing shops and dining. The room was big enough for three of us and very comfortable. Staff was great and helpful with all questions.
