For our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids), this was perfect for our short stay in Torino (2 days). We came into town by car and found the hotel easily, we parked in their garage for 7 euro, but it also looked like there was plenty of street parking nearby. The room was huge!! A kitchenette/dining/sitting area, two separate bedrooms, and ensuite bathroom! We took advantage of the kitchen and ate breakfast and dinner there - there is a large Auchan supermarket nearby for groceries. Also, we used the tram line right outside the hotel to access the center city, and the front desk sold us the tram tickets, super easy. The place was very clean and we appreciated the air conditioning on those hot days. However, the room also had a balcony with doors that opened into the dining room, so lots of fresh air as well. We would definitely recommend this place!

It’s alright at most, the coffee maker didn’t work, place was clean, fresh towels, however there was broken ceramic in the bathroom, its very inconvenient the way the electricity works with the room card and the staff doesn’t do a great job explaining in English. Its well connected with public transport.

I just Like the Customer Service of one Girl at the reception on Sunday morning, she was wonderful in every aspect !! Everything else in this Hotel it's just Awful, Bad Customer Service from the rest of the staff, dirty walls, no illumination on the hall to get to my room, the elevators makes some weird noises, the breakfast wasn't good enough, etc

Property is in the middle of nowhere! , cheap and nasty! I don’t know where to start. WiFi doesn’t work everywhere. Room is furnished at the minimum indispensable! 12” TV , Beds are from the 70’s Bedding is terrible . Lots of emigrants in the hotel ! The only positive aspect is that the property is near the moterway ( if you need to drive to Milan) . Night staff unqualified charged my credit card even the room was already paid! Breakfast misarable cheap! Nothing special, not Worth paying for it !

It was very hot and we had to leave the windiws open because the A/C wasn't turning on. It was VERY noisy from cars and peope screaming and talking loud. Had s very difficult time sleeping. It wasn't until the wee hours of the morning when it would cool off and the people would go to sleep and stop being loud.

Rien à redire sur le séjour, nous sommes resté une nuit. Prestation à la hauteur de ce que j’en attendais. J’aurais juste préféré un meilleur oreiller. Et avoir un chauffage qui puisse être réglable manuellement. Sinon accueil, disponibilité et petit déjeuner au top.
