Very friendly and kind staff who even helped me with booking train tickets within Italy as it was my first time. Very convenient location that isn’t right in the Duomo commotion but you can easily walk there, and it’s close to the Missori metro stop. The rooms are super chic! Love the decor.

Reserved rooms here for my family. Very happy with choice. Hotel is clean and very nice. Rooms are clean, quiet with cute balcony. Ac works good and water pressure good. Location walkable and safe near super markets and restaurants and eatery options.

Everything was great during my stay, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.
I loved their attention to detail in their retro decor, down to the record players in each room, with records to listen to. Everything was lovely and made for a great stay..

Clean and friendly staff. Mattress hard and bathroom Very small compared to others. If ur on a budget not bad, I consider this place a motel 6 in states. If u can upgrade I would recommend another place.

No proper help or assistance in the luggage situation and there is 7 or 8 stairs so it wasn’t convenient the receptionist helped me carrying my luggage in and out but if you shouldn’t carry weight this is not your property
