The room was clean, the kitchen well stocked. We had a beautiful terrace and if you stay in a room with a terrace make sure to lock the terrace door. Someone watered the plants every night and could have had access to our room. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety and the view was incredible. The elevators are small and the one on our side broke two days before we left. We stayed on the fifth floor and the breakfast was located on the seventh. After a long day of walking and sight seeing, this wasnt good. However, everything else was great. I highly recommend.

The room was very clean and comfortable they had many amenities for us . Shower caps slippers all the soap and shampoos available , the only thing that may have affected our group for 1 day was that the AC unit did not work in the entire stay the weather was pleasantly cool outside but our apartment was very warm. We pretty much didn’t complain and just opened up the windows and enjoyed the fresh air .

This was a lovely. spacious property in a lovely area with a metro nearby. It was easy to walk in to the centre of Rome which was around 30 minutes depending on route. The only issue was it was a little noisy - my daughter was kept awake very late one night because of running water from the apartment next door. I was woken by a very loud fan noise twice one night, so a tip is that if it isn't too cold or too warm, switch the thermostat off at night.

There was stain in bed sheet and the hotel structure is old. Definitely needs some remodeling and update. Over all not bad.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of a real Roman neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and we liked it because it is close enough to the Vatican so that we were able to visit multiple times. The staff were very accommodating to our three young kids, and were always helpful. We loved it!

The room we got was outdated, really outdated
Issues with shower door and the vanity sink was dripping water they tried to fix it but it’s clearly needs to be replaced
Cleaning was not the best
