I was such a beauty with an amazing restaurant attached that served amazing cuisine. Our room had such a beautiful view and we were only a short trip away from the main city. The staff were so accommidating and helpful for whatever we needed.

The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though.

sink blocked, curtains broken, no privacy in room. Staff extremely rude, not helpful. Would not advise spending money here when there are much more beautiful places to stay. Breakfast was also terrible.

Great Villa outside the bustle of Florence. Fabulous views of Florence and the country side. Very nice staff. Great breakfast and dinners. Several other good restaurants nearby. Best if you have a car to get to Florence and for side trips.

Stunning villa on the outskirts of Florence - tucked away on a private road. The room was a good size and comfortable. We visited during the offseason, so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoors and the property as much as we would have liked (due to weather). It looks as though there is a new pool going in. A couple of things which may be improved: the hotel does not allow you to bring food in and Florence shuts down on Sunday's except the city centre - so plan your Sunday meals accordingly (we were allowed to order pizza). Also, there are a couple of dogs at the property in the offseason and let's just say there could be more attention to picking up after the dogs. Overall, the staff we great, food was good, and this property made for a very enjoyable long weekend stay.

Very relaxing and beautiful place. Only 20 miuntes from the City center but quite and tranquill environtment you could feel. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants enjoy both rural and city experience in Florence.

This hotel is gorgeous! It’s up on the hill overlooking Florence so a taxi ride or if you have a car, all the better. The grounds are well maintained, rooms are gorgeous, breakfast is fantastic and they have snacks in the early evening as you consider cocktails. It is a very peaceful place with plenty of exploring for the kids. They did not have an appropriate dinner menu for kids however, but were willing to try. If you want to go into town for sight seeing- allow at least 30 mins to even call a taxi as the Florence public transit seems always overwhelmed. We would definitely come back again!!!
