This is the first time I ever stayed abroad in a hotel.So my experience with hotels is very, very, very new. The staff always help me out whenever I am able to.Whether it was english or via to google translate. Anytime I need umbrella anytime I needed any extra amenities.They're really good provide it. Police had everything for a soul traveler, including laundry and a downstairs dining area where I can have breakfast lunch and dinner. Ferry, copy with my stay and I would definitely come back again.

I actually was surprised by this property, it was a great stay. Quiet, bed was comfy, and the room was immaculate. By far one of the best stays in Japan so far in my travels.

The room was tiny, but that’s just how Japan is. The wifi was terrible, I could barely get 1 MB. The bathroom had all toiletries you might need. It was a comfortable stay overall, the only bad thing it was the wifi.

Staff were helpful with my issues. Unfortunately the area is a bit inconvenient if you rely on JR pass since it's difficult to get to the Osaka Loop Line without metro, long transfer or lots of walking. The breakfast at this APA hotel had limited options compared to the one I stayed in Tokyo. And the map that the hotel provided for food option was in wrong direction.

This is a fantastic hotel, amazing value for money.
I lost my wallet in Kyoto and only realised when I arrived at this hotel. The staff helped me find my wallet ( I can’t speak Japanese) and were so very wonderful. I will never forget how incredibly kind they were and helped me get my wallet back with ££££ in it.

Good location near metro station, 7/11 and a great supermarket. Rooms are very small (this could be normal for Japan, although our next hotel was no where near this small) and pillows are so thin they are extremely uncomfortable. Friendly staff.
