This hotel has spacious rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, and competent and friendly staff. It's older, but it's so clean and quiet. They may not clean the room everyday, but they bring fresh towels to your room daily. We will definitely stay here again if in Sapporo again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was spacious and the hotel was in a good location. However, the hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The inability to adjust the room temperature was not appreciated. It was so hot and stuffy.

I was surprised by how large the room was. The location is within walking distance from the subway and the street car. There is also a long shopping street close by. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

The AC vent was really really dirty and was full of dust and fungus. When I informed the staff they said “OKAY” and that’s it not even a sigh of concern. It is a health hazard.
