I was pleasantly surprised with this stay! Was within a 10 minute walk to all train stations that I needed. Its very quiet neighborhood for being so close to the hustle and bustle of the salary man district when you first get off the train at Shimbashi station. Room was good size - I could fit two large suitcases at the end of the bed and there is more room to slide extra bags under the bed. Bathroom is small - but perfect for the simple shower & getting ready for the day. If you’re tall the bathrooms in Japan in general are small so you might struggle to shower if you’re 6 feet! Was the perfect stay for 3 nights in Tokyo on a budget. I would absolutely stay here again. Toiletries included (hairbrush/cotton pads/q-tips/toothbrush & toothpaste), fresh towls daily. Hair dryer & mini fridge in the room! There is also a 7-11 and a lawsons a very very short walk away

Very nice facility with helpful staff. Rooms are small but exactly as advertised and clean. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and worth it. Overall excellent place to stay.

I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the room’s convenient features. The only minor drawback is having to walk 10-15 min to the hotel’s location from the nearest train station. But there are plenty of food options in the area

Small but functional. Never in the hotel more than sleeping so it was perfect for that. Seems to cater to business men. Wish we could have tried the restaurant on site for dinner. It smelled so good! We did try the bakery down the street though and they make THE BEST curry bun I have ever had!! Went back several times.

Friendly staff. The Ginza neighborhood is in walking distance along with the monorail to the airport. Room had everything you need. Room is small but useful to be able to store suitcases under the bed. Big TV. They also kindly stored our luggage the next day.

A few downsides for us: there's only 1 small elevator, which didn't prove to be too much of an issue but definitely led to quite a bit of waiting go to up and down. The other downside was that the hotel doesn't allow individual rooms to control the temperature, so we ended up having to open the window to keep it under 21. Additionally, there's only 1 washer/dryer for the whole hotel, which proved difficult to be able to do any laundry while there. Plan to do laundry at a nearby laundromat if you know you'll need to.
Otherwise, facilities were clean and the staff were very friendly and supportive. The process to leave luggage after checking out was super easy and we were grateful to be able to do that as we had an evening flight after check out.

The hotel itself was located in a very quiet neighborhood and did not have many options for food, but it was a very peaceful stay.
Very walkable location; about 10 minutes from Shimbashi Station and maybe 8 minutes from Onarimon Station.
The staff was very kind, generous, and helpful; service was excellent.
The room was small (as expected), but still comfortable.

Nice to walk to Shinbashi station. If you stay here for a buisiness trip, it is very convenient to access everywhere in Tokyo 23 area.

Everything was great. Just the bed mattress had stains when we looked under the sheets. This hotel is far from the subway so expect a 10-13 min walk. Family mart is close by like two min walk.
