My family and I spent 5 nights around New Year. It is an old hotel, but the design, amenities, service, and facilities all have the standard of a proper 5-star hotel. You have a taxi stand near the lobby, there are restaurants inside the hotel, a convenience store, an ATM, and spacious room sizes. The location is close to the train station. The only con for me is the mattress; I prefer a firm mattress.

The hotel is classic with very helpful hotelier. The location is near Ginza, and it is a walking distance with a lot of restaurants near the hotel. No need to worry if you do not order breakfast in the hotel. It is near convenience store which I believe you need to try their snacks and onigiri for breakfast. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience staying at Daiichi Hotel Tokyo.

Great hotel, easy to check in and check out, helpful and friendly staff, great location very near Sengakuji Station (with elevator exit) only 1 minute walk ☺️ They have onsen, microwave, vending machine, and coin laundry.

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome
This hotel is highly recommended, strategically located near the train station and Ginza, with direct Asakusa trains to Narita, and a limousine bus stop. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever visit Tokyo.
