Very well located! Price for the area was good. Rooms are small but that is just the standard.

Clean, room size acceptable but definitely not spacious. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good and not overly pricy. Not many places open in the early morning so it was helpful to have this available.

I don’t know why people rave about this hotel , except that is well located , next to Roppongi metro station . The room was not cleaned property , the red decorative blanket on the bed was dirty ( looked like vomit, yuk ) . Hotels should get rid of these, we all know they don’t washed between guests ! And don’t they’ll me the cleaning staff did not see that. They just placed it on the bed, dirty part down , thinking the next guest won’t see it ? Disgusting ! Also , one of the large towels had long , black hair in it . Yuk again. I went down to the reception and one of the gentleman there came to me to the room at my request , to remove the two items . He offered to give me another room, but by that time I had already unpacked and I was not going to redo the whole process all over again . I told him that I expect him to inform his manager about my findings and that I expect an apology from him, but nobody contacted me. This is how much they care about their clients 🤔.The chair in the room was dirty too and the bathroom had a foul smell . The room was extremely tiny, and it had no stand for your carry on to unpack. They need one of these, it can placed under the table. The check in & out were fast and efficient. The only plus was that they had more types of tea by reception ( none of the other hotels had anything but green tea), but no face cream or makeup remover like every other hotel had . I won’t stay here again, a clean hotel is a must for me and this was not clean .

The pictures of the room online made it appear that these were larger rooms when they weren't. The double room was about the size you might have on a cruise ship which was ok for single occupants at the beginning of our trip. As two occupants, we had to upgrade to a larger room. The rooms were clean but the amenities were limited to what you picked out at the frontdesk. The breakfast was really good every day and we tried something new each time. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the location as Roppongi has a reputation however since we didnt stay out late, we didn't see anything that stood out but when we told locals what city we were staying in, it gave an impression. I would definitely stay at Remm again just maybe in another city.

AC is high tech and very good.

The AC was difficult to manage it was either too hot or cold. Not enough room for suitcases, had to move them around any time we needed to move around the room. Asked Tea, coffee etc available from the reception. Staff incredibly helpful. Hotel really close to train station. Roppongi a great central area to stay.

The only problem we encountered was the inability to understand how to adjust the temperature and air flow. It would be very helpful to have a paper in English showing which button performed which function.

Great option if you want a Tokyo Tower view in a nice neighbourhood, room is a bit small but has the necessary amenities

The remm Roppongi hotel is very well-located—close to everything. It offers easy access to the subway. The room we stayed in on the 14th floor had a spectacular view. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very kind and friendly; we extend special thanks to Daniel, who took great care to assist us with both kindness and professionalism. Thanks to his help, it was easy to forward our luggage to our next hotel. Thank you to Daniel and the entire staff at remm Roppongi. We highly recommend this hotel.

Phenomenal hotel for the price! We stayed for five nights and I have no complaints.

Staff was excellent. Room had a cool view. Area is a bit noisy and the room was smaller than others I visited in Tokyo. Would stay again but not my first choice. If you’re interested in this neighbourhood I would recommend it.

We stayed in room 908, which was a twin room, towards the front of the hotel. It was adequately spacious, for two adults with luggage. As a couple, we put the twin beds together and made one sizeable bed, which was very comfortable. Bathroom was more of a wet room, which was fine but not my preferred set-up. There was a bath tub too. Shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Separate toilet (typical Japanese with heated seat and wash options) and basin. Very efficient hairdryer also provided and I was able to borrow very good hair straightening irons from reception, free of charge. Electric kettle and small refrigerator in the room, which was very useful. Blackout blinds at the window. Some noise from the main road below. Room also a little cool at times. Air con unit was efficient and provided heating when we needed it. An extra blanket was also provided by reception, when requested. Massage chair was most welcomed after a long day walking. Very powerful. Lighting was very good, with plenty of settings. Large screen TV was fine with some international channels. Was able to borrow an HDMI cable from reception, to hook-up iPad for movies/YouTube. Guest WiFi was free and reliable. Good selection of tea and coffee supplies available free of charge at reception, on the 4th floor, alongside toothbrushes/toothpaste, razors and hair brushes. Brilliant location for easy access to transportation, restaurants, nightlife and convenience stores.

Clean room. Very good location.

Good location; there's a mall "Tokyo Midtown" near by with lots of restaurants and supermarket. The room is very tight cannot walk with suitcases opened. However it's nice to have a massage chair after 20k+ steps a day.

The restaurants that was located within the hotel was amazing and all of the staff was very friendly Very well centrally located I felt like I was in the middle of everything.. When I go back To Tokyo I will be staying here great job everybody
