Great hotel in a very central lication. Unfortunately, criminality has drmatixally increased in Japan with the flow of new immigrants and every night you can hear police, ambulance and and sirens. Sad to see a co7ntry that we thought had some protection also gets into unsecurity (even though it srays way safer than Paris or Barcelona)

I really like the location is really good. It’s very convenient too access to anywhere and there’s cosmetic store and restaurant downstairs and one minute walking to the Starbucks and a subway and the room we can see the Tokyo Tower, which is great. Only thing is this the room is kinda tiny. Reminds me of Hong Kong. Our luggage cannot really open fully. You have to kind of open on the bed. Very understandable. Other than that is really good.

For a solo traveller the room was small but functional. I wish the windows would open. Very modern hotel, breakfast buffet is delicious but there are cheaper options around the area. Staff didn’t reply to my msg thru Expedia but they are very helpful in person. It is in the heart of all the nightlife entertainment that Roppongi offers. I would rebook only if I could stay in a bigger room. The massage chair was dirty and it was the only really bad thing about my room. It just didn’t match with the rest of hotel’s excellence.

Perfect place and loved how clean it was. Stayed in several hotels during my time in Japan and this was by far the best hotel. Clean, nearby stations, bars and 711 you know that’s a must! Would stay here again if I come back.
