Overall our stay ar remm Roppongi was good. The location is extremely convenient just a short walk from public transport. One drawback is that there a ton of night clubs in the area which do generate quite a bit of traffic outside (and noise) at night and especially during the weekend. We had high expectations for the massage chair in the room, but after trying it once we did not really use it. The smell size of the chair definitely do not fit an average sized Nordic man. The size of our room was quite good compared to a lot of the other hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. The room size was a big pluss for us (we had twin room). We had plenty of space to store our luggage in a small closet, however limited space to open them. It worked out for us however as we stored all the suitcases with our shopping/suvenirs and only had one suitcase open at the time. We had breakfast included in our stay and this was a little bit of a let down. We came to breakfast at different times each day but quite often food items were all gone and they did not refill it. Some dishes that were suppose to be warm were cold. We would probably stay here again, just without breakfast, and we would probably request a room higher up in the building to avoid noice.

Great location. Subway station entrance just around the corner. Many restaurants right outside the restaurant. Very lively and felt safe. 7/11 around the corner as well and a drug store. Room was on the smaller side. Bathroom was small but had an updated look. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful view of Tokyo tower from our room. Bed was comfy, shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were friendly and helped us ship our luggage. Only thing was the room was a bit small, it was a squeeze to open two large suitcases, but the room was smartly designed around the small space.

前回とても良いHOTELで居心地や立地も良かったので今回も利用させてもらいましたが、今回はトイレの床や便座の上とかの掃除が出来てなくほこりやちりが目につきすぎました😭バスタオルには長い髪の毛、洗面台の正面には体毛が付いていて 残念でした

Rent och fräscht.

The room was located at a prime stop and near train stations and restaurants. The room was very clean and roomy. I stayed on the higher floor and the view when the sunrises peaking out from the buildings to the night sky where it looks like a sea of lights will be engraved in my memories forever. Plus the view Tokyo Tower made it 100000% better. I didn’t really interacted with the staff much but they were very kind when I did. The tub and massage chair was so luxurious that it made leaving the hotel room hard.

Clean room and lovely to have the massage chair after a long day

整體來說，酒店其實非常不錯。 隔音非常好，有按摩椅。冷氣暖氣不是中央空調。可調節。 廁所乾濕分離 酒店大堂梳洗用品可免費提取。值得一提，酒店提供的茶包非常好喝。 飲食方面，附近非常多拉麵店，壽司店。可以隨意選擇。 地點鄰近地鐵站，前住涉谷及新宿只需15分鐘內。。

The hotel is in an excellent location close to two metro stations and three different lines allowing easy access to Tokyo. The breakfast was good with a blend of Asian and continental/English options. Room sizes were ok but this is Tokyo.

Strange layout, blinds that needed to be closed between the toilet and bedroom, great view from the hotel, close to subways, and walikng distance to Tokyo Tower.

Staff was really nice. Rooms were very dated and extremely small. Only good for one person - not 2. No luggage storage in rooms. Location was good.

Room is small, but clean and everything you need. Location is great
