Hotel location was close to just about everything for convenience. Shopping mall, Don Quijote of course, 7eleven, Family Mart and drug stores. Subway stations were only a 5-10min walk away. Could get loud at night because its location is on a very busy street but only for short periods.

Easy access to transportation. Rooms are quite small but from research majority of rooms were about the same size. Was perfect for 2 not anymore including 3 large luggages. The view was nice an the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I loved that the area has a perfect night life but is still very quiet in your room. The highlight of the room for me was the massage chair after full day of walking it was nice to come back to a massage . Definitely would come back again still so much left to explore

I’d never stay here again. There was no real lobby (check-in on 4th floor), and no concierge (which I’d counted on for travel guidance). The room wasn’t much bigger than an American walk-in closet — so small there’s no place to put the luggage that doesn’t block the bathroom from closing: It had to stay open our entire stay. So small that the bed was pushed up lengthwise against a wall so that one had to crawl over to it from the opposite side or the foot of the bed. Not one comfortable chair. Very glad to get out of there and was tempted to book another hotel.

The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. You have 2 train stations walkable in under 2 minutes.
The elevator can be quite slow, and because the front reception is on the 4th floor, that can be an inconvenience to some people.

The staff was very helpful and the area is conveniently located clise to the train station and by some very good eateries. The room itself is quite compact, though and despite it being reflective of the country’s culture, it was a little challenging to be able to share the space with a companion.

There were used contact lenses in the window sill. The shower gave off a horrendous smell after use. Air con/humidifier didn't work properly as myself and my partner fell ill. Massage chair was a nice addition but in a small room was unnecessary

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. A lot of the reviews say the rooms are small but compared to some of the shoeboxes we've stayed at in Japan I would say this is a pretty decent sized room. The views from the 19th floor were spectacular and the room gets so much natural light. The room was very clean. The hotel is right around the corner from the subway station. The staff were helpful and friendly. We got a 2 hour late check out which cost 2000 yen but it was worth it since from there we went straight to the airport. The area is pretty quiet aside from some police sirens at night. I would definitely stay here again. It was a bit pricey but I think that is because we were there during cherry blossom season.

No coin laundry at the hotel except a dry cleaning (only) service. Hotel management should go to the laundromat they hand out map for guests to go to get their own laundry done. It’s run down with only a few washers & 3 dryers at ¥100 per 8min. Upon viewing I cancelled the extended stay. Buffet was good but the woman blending the frozen fruit drink did not wear gloves and touched her hair several times while prepping the fruit to put in blender with bare hands. I absolutely loved the massage chair after the long flight & helped with aches & pains

The staff, facilities and location of the hotel were great. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tokyo. It’s close to the subway, has a huge selection of bars and dining options in the area and a short walk from Tokyo tower viewing deck

We really booked this hotel for The view! It was sooo beautiful. The area has a lot of bars and clubs. We were not to much into that but if you are it is perfect for you you have the metro soooo close and the JR line around a 10/15 min walk from The hotel
